Love ALL the staff at Kim Nails! Amy, Bee, Snow and the gentleman (never knew his name but he does nails great). My 3 daughters and myself go on regular, and the customer services is amazing. I get full service, nails, feet, eye lashes and brows and I'm never disappointed. Amy and the crew have become like family...I finally found a place to go, that I'm pleased with since I relocated here. Whew and I've tried too many in Raleigh lol

Don’t think twice about this place it was a 10/10 from the price , Customer service and the quality. No rushing you in and out here My pedicure & manicure was done patiently! Loved it! (It’s been a week since I went no chips)

I love Kim's nails. Everyone is so friendly. Jaime is amazing. She takes her time and does a fabulous job. All the ladies do great work. Very relaxing pedicures also. Definitely check them out.

I've recently moved to Raleigh and have been looking for a salon to go to and I'm glad I found this one!!!! Customer service is out of this world, and the prices are amazing!!!!

Came here to get individual lashes, came out with clusters and eyes were still burning. the lady, amy said she would remove them after i finished getting my pedicure done. After they were done i told her to remove them & she got upset and started yelling at me, being rude saying she was going to call the cops & still made me pay full price for a service she lied to me about . Don’t ever come here. lady is full of lies just like the services she give me .
not to mention they use hand soap on you as a pedicure never in my life have i experienced any service like this before and i am a person who constantly gets her lashes done so i knew something was off and didn’t feel right just for her to try to accuse is back on me. horrible customer service, horrible work!
update: as you can see, clusters ! i had to get them removed somewhere else and as you see my real lashes were stuck & ripped off because she applied the glue and the clusters on my real lashes.

SHODDY WORK ! my girlfriend came in there a day before her birthday trip and she needed her lashes done and it absoulutly RUINED her entire week. She requested INDIVIDUAL LASHES and got CLUSTERS. She told the lady that she did not want them and the lady AMY said they were cheaper although my girlfriend wanted individuals and money wasn't an issue. My girlfriend cried and pleaded with the woman to take them off because her eyes were burning and the lady agreed EXCEPT!!!!!! when it was time to pay she charged my girlfriend full price and said "that's for my hard work". SO SO SO unacceptable and rude, if you choose to spend your money here it would be a disaster. AMY is the woman to blame for all of this. NEVER EVER COME HERE BY ANY MEANS. If I could put 0 stars I would and I'm not the review type at all but this was ridiculous.
