After three stores, I finally found a green shirt in my size at Khol's. The associate at the checkout helped me when I needed to get my phone out to find my rewards account. I hadn't purchased anything in the app, so I hadn't added my address and phone number. She was able to scan a bar code in the app. Thank you for taking the extra time to be helpful.

Always get great service at this store. In particular, cashier Roshni Patel. Always polite and helpful but remembers me whenever I go into the store even after a long absence.

I am writing this Google review to recognize Sheri, Assistant Manager.
Sheri presents the "WOW", Working On Winning, in her personality!
She showed the attributes of , caring, kindness, helpfulness and flexibility in her engagement with customers and towards her four employees on the night of my visit to this store.
In view of a major snowstorm that had occurred for several days, Sheri and her team were making floor moves, assisting customers in a timely and courteous manner at the register and one of her coordinators was fulfilling all tasks in her departments that were asked of her for that evening!
WOW...what a committed and loyal team of four women! Even though they were few in number, Sheri led them with faith and courage...protecting and assisting her customers and team as if there was no other or better way to be.
I was "Highly Satisfied" with my shopping experience because of what has been mentioned and because I found what I "Desperately" needed at at an affordable price at the "Only " store that was opened with regular hours!
Thanks to Sheri and her "tireless team" and to the Kohls company for having merchandise that I so needed at an affordable price. I value being a loyal Kohls cardmember!

Most horrible customer service!!! I’m just fed up at this point as there has been multiple instances of the worked bad and rude behavior. At returns desk and Amazon Return desk. I came about a month ago with Amazon return, there was tall man clearly bothered by everything. He looked up and I said Hi to which he did not replied to so I repeated Hello, still no response. I proceeded with my returns while he kept making faces while being obviously angry and annoyed. He finished and I said Thanks to which he still did not reply. I walked away and talked to another employee, told her the situation and if she could call the manager. She was nice but bit hesitant about calling manager, so I said don’t worry and she said she will communicate this to her/him. Today same situation, hoping that man is not there and got so happy to a women. No one in line, I stopped out of respect and waited for her to let me know she is ready, she looked up and says nothing, I say Hello to which she replied half way and proceeds, I tell her this is all and she hands me receipt without one word. HOW CAN YOU SERVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD? I get that not everyone is not cheerful and happy but Hello, Thank you, Have a nice day are the bear minimum basics. When did we stoop so low to tolerate this kind of service?

I love going to kohls , it's walking distance and I have been going for more then 12 years now.... spend thousands especially during Christmas.... but their customer service is terrible and v unprofessional, I usually only see one employee Mora, she use to work for jewellery and now she's a customers service girl, she's always very great and helpful but I dread when she's not there and I have to deal with bad attitude and rude workers there. Especially a black lady at customers service today , I went with my son. She always makes faces , rude tone of voice and instead of helping me , she keep answering the phone and laughing and then helping other employee with hold items and I'm still waiting for her to finish transaction. And she just left the shopping bag on counter without giving in my hand , no nothing. Wow. I just had to tell that to manager on duty and she knows me. I work in retail myself , customers always come first. They really need to get some good new employee, and get rid of rude employees.

Great selection. Great sales and coupons. Friendly, helpful staff. Online ordering/pickup is very user friendly and convenient. Amazon return drop-off site is a bonus.
