The manager of this store should probably speak to their Sunday morning employees about customer service and how to speak to other people. Not every single person on the planet is aware of your policies - like two people who share a bank account and email address can’t pick up each others orders - so when a person makes a mistake like sending their husband to pick up their pickup order, there is absolutely zero need to become so aggressive over the situation. My husband happened to have me on Bluetooth chatting while shopping, and I was blown away by her immediate hostility about people stealing orders and he must PROOVE himself and he’s not allowed to contact me for the order number. He calmly said “ma’am please just give me a second.” Her response? “Are you sure you’re even supposed to be doing this?!” She kept trying to look at his phone while he was pulling up the email with the order information, cutting him off and questioning what he’s doing and what he’s looking at, and if he can’t log in she WONT help him, she PERSONALLY must see him type the login and it work in front of her eyes to be accepted. All because he said “I’m running errands for my wife, it’s her order.” Way overboard on the power trip. You can calmly explain, it’s not that serious. I’m sure you’re used to people getting upset and yelling at you, but that is no excuse to assume every customer will be like that and right away jump down their throats. He said “Have MY great day since you’re not having one”. We just moved here, and we’re going to make sure to go out of our way to never come back to this location.

To start off, I have only gone to this location a handful of times but each time was disappointing. The clothing is always unorganized and the last time I went, the womens section had almost no clothing. I typically check out the clearance section and there was literally ZERO womens clothing on clearance. Mens? Tons on clearance. Teens? Again- on clearance. Not sure if they were doing some renovations or anything like that but it was weird. They also seemed to be short staffed some of the times that I went here. I usually go to the Apex location but I might try this one again in the future.

I gave this store one star based cashier/ customer service. The issue I have with Kohl's, is that when checking out the cashier offered me a discount of almost $56 but she led me to believe i was doing a membership for discount and not credit application. What she tried to do I felt was fraudulent, only because she didn't say out right credit application until I said why they keep asking for email and this is when she said credit.

Very rude customer staff. I would avoid this location. Instead go to Durham or Cary or Apex Kohls.

Since this store added a sephora I haven't been able to shop without leaving the store with a headache. I have shopped for clothes mostly here for years. Ill have to find somewhere else to get my clothes at now.

I was looking for a butter pastry cutter found one but $24 are they kidding is a little piece of metal is it just cut sunflower I mean it's ridiculous shouldn't be no more six seven bucks but Kohl's is expensive
