It was a lovely, nurturing experience. The Yin class attended focused on breath and “melting” in our stretches without going TOO far. I highly recommend ?

We registered for a 5 pack and love this studio. Roman is the owner. we attended 2 of his classes so far and love the instruction, uplifting energy, the music choices. My daughter and I both leave these classes feeling positive, mind relaxed and had a great workout. 100% recommend this studio.

Great staff, very organized, always follows up with students, and is attentive to what each individual needs in their practice! @roman is the owner of the studio, but also is a fantastic instructor. He knows a lot about the body and how to help if you have injuries or are intimidated by hot yoga. I would highly recommend this studio to any novice or highly skilled yogi

Amazing little gem tucked into Wake Forest. If you are a gamer, know a gamer, or are in any way invested in video games this is the spot for you. Every time I pop through I always leave with a handful of Xbox games for a cheap price tag. Absolutely recommend this spot. What makes it icing on the top is the fact it's a local, small business. No big corporation, no unfriendly staff, just a guy and an awesome spot. I've never had any problems with my games not working, but the way Jeremy runs his business, if I did I know things would get fixed promptly. I highly advise giving GamesturzRetail a chance! 5 Gaming Stars out of 5!

I returned to Gratitude after a two year hiatus on a cold and rainy weekday and was pleasantly surprised by the updates to the space. Not only is there one larger, combined studio, but the entryway has been refreshed and everything seems to flow much better (pun intended). I took the noon express class (a wonderful and time-savvy option for a working lunch break), and found the teacher (Maggie) to be warm, welcoming and helpful. In addition, the studio's owner was quick to respond to an email inquiry later that day. I already liked Gratitude, but now I might be in love. Will definitely be back soon!

From the very first day I stepped foot in this studio I felt like I was home because the owners and the instructors were so genuinely welcoming. I am very selective about where I spend my time and money. I wanted a yoga studio that was clean, did not smell like it was marinated in sweat, and was welcoming. This place matched everything that I wanted and more. Firstly, I wanted a studio that didn't smell like sweat....I know what you're thinking....it's a hot yoga studio where people can't help but sweat....but they have managed to keep it from smelling like sweat. The studio is clean and always smells soooooooo good which is so doggone rare for a yoga studio. The instructors are all awesome. They are very helpful and patient with students of all levels. I have not gone to one single class and been disappointed when I left. I have surprised myself with the asanas I can do and had no idea I could do. An added bonus is that the owner sends out encouraging emails throughout the week which is a nice surprise amongst all the other emails that flood your inbox. I'm so grateful that I found this yoga center :)

Left here feeling like Ashton Kutcher was going to tell me I was being Punk'd. So, this place is usually empty. Most times I've been here there are maybe a few kids playing Fortnite or the store is just empty and just with the one owner guy. He's a good guy I believe, but the last experience I had will keep me away for good. So we bought an original Xbox from him. One of those really awesome clunky Xbox's we all played in the early 2000's. Cool. It was only like $60 and was in great shape. Along with it, we bought a few games. Around 5 games. So our total was well into the hundreds but we were fine with it. Two remotes, an original Xbox and 5 games later... we were nostalgic playing our favorites! Now, fast forward a few days later. We see one of the games doesn't work. The Xbox won't read it no matter how much we try to clean the disc and we're bumming out. All in all the game itself was $8. We called the store and found out that most of the inventory was being moved to their new location and to wait a week until they were open. No issue whatsoever. Life happened for us too and we had some animal hospital bills and two of our cats passed away from a parasite. Our minds after waiting a week or so were far from thinking about an $8 game. Nevertheless, we finally got around to seeing the business was open in their new location and we were finally able to stop by. We bring the game, the original receipt and head to the store. It's a Saturday and completely empty. Not a single person except the owner. Huh... okay. So, I hand him the game and he says to me, "Well, it's out of warranty so I can't exchange it or refund you. I can just clean it." Wait... what? He cleans the disc in this machine, hands it back to us and we head home. Long story short, the disc doesn't work. Now my issue here is this : you already seem to not have many customers, so why basically screw over a few loyal ones you had? There were other $2 games that we would have been fine having in replacement for the $8 we spent on just the game alone. On top of that, we waited for the store to reopen. I even told him it wouldn't have been fair for us to walk in on Opening Day to return something. We weren't even 45 days into returning it. So, long story short and all we walked out of there just confused. Just saying to one another, "Really??". The game obviously didn't work to begin with. Was it really THAT much of a loss on money to comp us a cheap $2 game or even just say "I'll give you 10% off another game.." Was it hard to do SOMETHING? Just blatantly saying "eh can't do anything" doesn't make us want to support the store. We love mom-and-pop shops but this is just annoying. We waited until he was reopened before going in and asking for a refund or replacement. We've been loyal customers for so long and it bothered us how we were so disregarded. The store obviously isn't busy man. Even giving us a $2 game would have been cool. Or just being sympathetic. You said you also play every single game to make sure they work... well, you missed one. We even brought the game to a friends house who has an original Xbox too. The disc didn't play either on his. So the game was faulty to begin with. There's a solid ring on it engrained. And he just totally dismissed this when we brought it up. Like c'mon man... Anyways, guess we won't return.

Have fallen in love with this studio! I have never been able to get into yoga no matter what kind I tried or what studio I went to. My husband bought me some classes and so far it has been amazing! I've gone to a class with almost every instructor and have not been disappointed. The classes have everyone from experts to beginners and you feel comfortable no matter what your level is! As a bonus they have yoga "express" classes from 12:00-12:45 for us working people that can only get away from out lunch break!
