Went to the Labcorp website to set an appointment for a pre employment drug screening. Nowhere on the lapcorp website did it say this location doesn’t do drug tests. Since I have never been to this location before I had no way of knowing that either. The lady that advised me was very rude when she said she had it posted on the door. I looked and it is posted but because the glass is tinted you can barely see it.
Also if you’ve never been there before and are scheduling an appointment online how are you supposed to know?

Horrible experience. I had an old caucasian lady draw my blood, she made it the most painful experience ever, she twisted the needle when she inserted. Look at the bruise she made!

I went in today for some routine labs. I heard this lady behind the counter who was incredibly sweet and kind to all the people waiting. She took her time with each person, making sure they felt cared for. Her name was Keisha. As a surgeon myself, I truly appreciate and value acts of kindness like hers.

I get really nervous to get my blood drawn, but I felt so comfortable here. The woman Keisha who took my blood was so nice, professional, and fast. The place is clean and not crowded. I’ve been to about five LabCorp in the area and this is by far the best one!

best LabCorp in Raleigh!
okay, I’ve only been to 3 other locations BUT hear me out:
schedule appt online or via LabCorp app. arrive on time & check in on your phone. The office is immaculate and there’s rarely anyone else in the waiting room because they move quickly! I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes, and after I’m called back- I’m out the door in another 2 mins. The office staff and phlebotomist are pleasant, professional and efficient! Today my doctor forgot to fax an additional lab order, but Keisha was able to get that sorted out for me and added the labs retrospectively. She remembered me when I called and went above and beyond to see to it that my issue was resolved.

The phlebotomist is also running reception/check in and provides better services than other fully staffed labcrops. She is getting it done with professionalism and speed. Give this lady a raise and maybe hire someone to run that desk for her??
Smoothest lab draw I’ve ever had, painless and no bruising.

Convenient location but receptionist could almost be considered hostile and could not seem to find the relevant information (ordering doctor, address, test needed) on my lab order without assistance. Phlebotomist was not very personable either but did a great job on the draw.

Keisha was amazing. I was checked in for my appointment on time, and although I warned her of my small, rolling veins, she was able to draw my blood quickly and didn’t dig into my veins (which is surprisingly common). My veins usually make giving blood a long, daunting task, but I appreciate her for making it quick and easy!

The lady working at the front is the only person who works here other than a student that comes in on some days. I was second in line and there was a good amount of people there. She was friendly and got the job done quickly. I was out the door in less than 5 minutes with no bruising either! Probably should hire another full time person though. At least to just sit at the front.

I showed up at my appointment time and was in and out in 5 minutes. The nurse was very nice about distracting me from my phobia of needles.

Office closed at 11:45am even though the stated lunch time is at noon. Unacceptable for lazy employees to waste customers time. Shame on you.
