Just left this place. This place is terrible. The communication that they have there is none. You have to have appointment to walk in. If you do not have an appointment to walk in, you might as well sit there all day just to have a drug screen. It is terrible they do not let you know that when you register in you would just sit there and figure out what's going on. So basically the people with appointments go first. The walk-ins is last. They should let you know that it should be a sign up saying that and then again drug screening is certain times like I said, the communication in this world is terrible. Terrible. You should let people know when they get there. Watkins this is what's our policy and this is what's going on. Not just let somebody just sit there for 2 and 1/2 hours

Waited over an hour for a drug test. The entire process was tedious and slow. Had to sign in two times because they didn't give all the paperwork the first time. Front desk wouldn't sign people in made them use the kiosk and then called them up to fill in a slip of paper with the same info

I Had to wait 2 hours for a drug test. That's a long time when you're told not to eat 12 hours before the test. I will not be returning to this location. Nobody even spoke to me for the first hour and a half.

I don't understand the low rating for this particular LabCorp location. I went there this afternoon as a walk in and the receptionist was polite, extremely helpful and efficient. The restroom was clean and orderly and the whole process took less than 15 minutes in and out. I have been going to this location for years now. Making an appointment helps but even without one the wait is generally acceptable. Some of the technicians are more curt than others but never rude and always helpful.

DON'T GO!!!!! Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for fasting bloodwork, moved around my entire day to go, and NO ONE WAS THERE when I showed up. I was waiting outside of a locked office door with several others who had appointments. I guess no one decided to come to work because it was raining. Absolutely furious. This is unacceptable.

I’ve done this over the years (at least 9-10 times) being a traveler contract and have never met anyone as unprofessional as the collector, Tiffany, that I had to deal with when I needed a simple screening completed. First time I’m ever leaving a bad review for someone as well, but the manner in which she conducted herself was horrible for the people that need to get this done. Won’t leave the story, but will say that it was memorable to the point where I would never come back, or recommend this place.

Their door says they open at 8am, but I waited for them to open for 15 minutes. Then the iPad didn’t work. And the employee was a smart-Alec about helping us sign in. Not great customer service here. The other employee rolled in at 8:20am and they open at 8.Maybe a manager is needed to help the place.

This place has little if no accountability for services performed or to be performed. After sitting checked in on the monitor for 15 minutes I asked the clerk for an updated time on services. She said she had no idea as she was the only on here and that she didn’t know when someone would arrive to perform services. So I asked her if I was expected to just sit and wait. Her reply was I had the option to leave if I didn’t want to wait. What a reply? I then asked for the contact info for anyone that would know when services would start being provided and she gave me the supervisors info (Carol). I called Carol and she informed me that someone would by on property within the next ten minutes to begin services. It’s 1047 and we’ve been here since 1000 waiting for preemployment screens to be performed. If you’re in a hurry don’t come here or carve out at least an hour or two to be seen. Smh. And to cap this story off they let another patient leave with my dang drivers license. Had to wait for them to come back to deliver my license back to me. Total time for a pre employment drug screen was one hour and thirty four minutes.

Don't come here, especially if you're getting blood work done. Their first attempt with the needle failed. The second worked, but they blew veins both times. It look so long to fill all 4 vials because the vein was so damaged. I had very aggressive bruises on both arms for 2+ weeks. As a cherry on top, my doctor called me a week later to say the test results were indeterminate because of something the lab did or used incorrectly, so I had to go again. Obviously, I didn't go back to this location. I went to the Wakefield location and it was night and day. No bruises, in and out in 5 minutes, and actual test results. Definitely go there instead.

Find another location. This one is terrible, doesn't open on time and then waste half an hour to start checking anyone in.
