“I’ve been going to Beacon Cleaners for over 23 years. I started going there when I lived in Hedingham subdivision and stayed with them after I moved farther away. In those 23 years, I tried other cleaners because of the distance but could never find a cleaner that matched Beacon Cleaners for quality, service, and price. I’ve had them do mending as well as cleaning for me and have no complaints at all. The people that work there are friendly and attentive.
I’ve never had a problem beyond a broken button, which was immediately and appropriately taken care of when I brought it back. At every other cleaner I tried, I eventually had bigger problems that weren’t handled properly. So I continue to happily take a longer trip to Beacon Cleaners when my family or I need their services.”
“Hadn't used this particular laundry mat in (19) years.
Which back then it was kept very clean
Now that it's a part of The Wash house family it's only going to get better and customer service staff are always friendly and courteous by ready to assist consumers”

“I highly recommend this laundromat. Since I moved from New York in 2024, this has been my go-to place, and I’ve always had a great experience. The facility is always spotless, well-organized, and the machines work perfectly.
I especially want to recognize Fernando for his outstanding customer service. He is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you need. His professionalism and positive attitude make every visit even better.
If you’re looking for a clean, organized, and reliable laundromat with excellent service, this is the place. I highly recommend it! 100% satisfied.”
“Super relieved to have found Hi-Tech, They’ve been amazingly attentive and talented with the pieces i’ve dropped off, even removing difficult stains on finicky and delicate fabrics that previous dry cleaners were unable to. I also really appreciated their advice on an alteration I brought in, and am looking forward to seeing the results of another I dropped off. 10/10 would recommend, especially if your garments are special to you and you want someone that really understands their construction and material makeup.”
“My washing machine died when I was 7 months pregnant which is a hell I do not wish upon anyone, and this dry cleaner was excellent to cover a couple of weeks. They were really nice, everything was clean, and it felt like a vacation to sit here in a silence while I cranked out laundry. Has wifi and change machine.”

“Lucy Marin helped me out with adding money to the card as I only use a laundry mat once a year, if that. She was very friendly and keeps the facility extremely clean. This is the only place that I bring my items to.”
“This was my first time visiting and the two ladies there were very friendly. When I went to pick up my items, I pulled under the shelter part because there was no more parking and a gentleman walked out and I was like I just pulled up to get my things. He said this is Valet and we bring your stuff to you!! I was like WHAAAAT!! LOL. He even took my card and brought my items along with my card back. I told him this was my very first time and I will definitely be back. He was nice and friendly as well.”
“Really clean laundry mat that's not really busy. Price is reasonable. You can pay with cash or debit. I would come here again. Some things I didnt like was the bathroom was dirty. Prices for snacks and drinks were $1.50 for small bags for a snack and a can of soda. Also $2 for 30 mins seem high for me to dry clothes. Prices to wash clothes are:
Small $3.75, medium $6.75, large $9.75 and XL $13.75”
“Sam is the tailor… I have been in to get repairs many times and he is always there w a smile and helpful solution. I had a piece of luggage that needed a minor repair and he took care of it in minutes and had me on my way! Fantastic customer service!”
“Have always had a lovely experience here. Taken many items, especially bulky household items like comforters and pillows here for cleaning. They always do a nice job. Thanks!”
“So very clean, well spaced out and attendant cleaning the whole time. I went to another laundromat with perfect ratings, and left because the spacing was claustrophobic. I'm so glad I found here. In area for work, dirty outdoor work and ruined all my uniforms so I needed last minute laundry. The hotel laundry had bugs. This is perfect. Very clean clothing, hot dryers and late hours. Even busy, people were not on top of each other. I'll have to share with all my coworkers often in town.”
“I just read a few of the reviews and although I dont work for Alsco, my husband does. And from what I understand the problem isnt racism, its people being hired based on experience that they claimed to have through their application and interview. So, when they begin work and are assigned to do jobs that they said they were qualified to do but are clearly not able to do, and not only are they not qualified , they have no basic understanding of mechanics or maintenance that are required to do the job.I dont think its fair to say anyone is racist. I understand being stressed about work, but when you apply and are hired to do a job you said you were certified and qualified to do and then begin working with a maintenance team who is depending on you to help with the workload they are assigned daily, only to find out you have no idea what your doing is frustrating to your co-workers and your supervisors. In my opinion, and many others I think, its not your ethnicity they have a problem with, its your inability to do the job you were hired to do.”

“The 1 star reviews being posted here are intended for a business owner in a DIFFERENT area! The owner of this establishment is not involved - please disregard any reviews posted 4-19-19 as this is a very unfortunate error. The Mills River owner is the intended target of this backlash to due his comments being made on line. Please don't let this affect an innocent business owner!”
“Another excellent and clean DYI laundry facility with wide ailses, clean floors, and functioning washers and dryers. Has washers to match your needs (small, medium, and large load capacities).
Easy to use cash-to-coin converter plus reasonablely priced soap, softener, bleach/sanitizer via vending machines.
Lots of parking.
Wash, dry, and fold service available. Just ask the attendant on site.”
“The team at Prime Cleaners does an excellent job! Recently they altered a bridesmaid’s dress for me and worked wonders to make it for perfectly. I came in today with an unraveling sweater and they fixed it right there on the spot in under 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this location.Services: Alterations”

“This Laundromat is soo clean and the Machines are quick and sufficient, and all look new. The woman that I usually see there, that works there, is soo friendly and helpful! It's soo close to my home for convenience. It's a great experience for doing what we hate, Wash.”
“A little surprised to see some of these negative reviews. I’ve been taking my clothes to these folks for 6 years and have always had great service with zero negative issues. I Recently moved a few miles away and there are dozens of dry cleaners that are closer, but I continue to go here because I know they do a great job.”
“They are one of the best Laundry/Laundria around. The owner is progressive, and up to date on all things. They offer Wash and Fold service. The equipment is up to date, and well maintained. No complaints A1A ??️?”
“Very good laundry mat. Little old but washer and dryers work no problem. Can use card for a number of the washers. Coins for some washers and all dryers. Change machines. Lots of rolling baskets and tables for folding.”
“Extremely reliable and quality service. I have been taking my comforters and dry clean only clothes here for years. This is the best dry cleaner in the area!Services: Eco-friendly cleaning”
“Alterations are always done with precision and earlier than date promised. I love that I found this place- a good tailor is really hard to find and this owner really goes above and beyond with customer service!Service: Alterations”
“Andrew was beyond helpful in a pinch …twice. He helped with the machines and made sure my clothes safe when I was late for pick up. I’ll keep coming as long as Andrew is working. Thanks again!!”
“I have been using this dry cleaner for about 3 years and it's a terrific place. The ladies who work here are polite, kind and efficient workers. I hope the management knows how fortunate they are to have such awesome employees! And my clothes are always clean at a great price? I just wanted to post about my positive experience bc I witnessed a very upset customer chewing out one of the workers bc of damage to an item of her clothing... Damage is unfortunate but nothing the employee offered to do could pacify this customer. Sometimes mistakes happen. I know I've made mistakes and it's so helpful if people can be a little compassionate. Also, I'm almost 100 percent certain that the worker she was so angry at had nothing to do with the mistake.”
