I worked with Greg Fielding in the order and purchase process on my 2025 BMW M2. Greg was very helpful, keeping me informed on the process and progress towards eventual delivery of the vehicle. He also helped me with securing a fair trade in value on my used BMW 4 series. All in all, a very pleasant and fair process.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. I cannot recommend David as a sales person enough. He was very easy to work with and was upfront and responsive. It was a freezing day and he even had the courtesy to pull the car inside so we could spend time looking at it. After dealing with other dealerships and having to deal with their deceptive pricing and bait and switch tactics….this place was a breath of fresh air. David took the time to go over every single function of the car and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The car was priced fair and no crazy fees other than the standard DOC fees they all charge. Easy purchase. If all the dealerships were as simple as this, they probably would sell more cars. Thanks David.

Purchased a 2024 BMW M4 for my wife from Leith BMW. Brian Pippin was my salesman. I was coming from out of state. Brian made sure everything was ready when I walked in the door. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I was looking on the entire east coast. The price of the vehicle was fair and they gave me good value for my trade. The Finance manager was patient showing me available warranties and did not pressure. All and all I couldn’t be happier with the car. Things don’t always go the way you want, but Brian and the team at Leith BMW made things right and ended up with a satisfied customer.

We recently purchased a car from BMW in Raleigh and had the pleasure of working with Greg as our salesperson. From start to finish, Greg was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to understand our needs and showed us several options, explaining the features of each car in detail. This allowed us to make an informed decision and feel confident in our choice.
Greg made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was open to negotiating the price, which we appreciated, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the car's features before leaving the dealership. He carefully walked us through setting up the car's memory profile, downloading and installing the My BMW app, and even demonstrated how to remotely start and stop the car using the key fob.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re thrilled with our new car!

I purchased my car here with the help of Zach. He made the process as smooth as possible as I had small children with me and had traveled from Greensboro. After I purchased the car he was helpful and responsive with questions that I had. I had been looking to purchase a car from BMW for awhile now, but hadn't visited the dealership in Raleigh. It was worth the wait and my car is perfect!!!
