Review about the SERVICE Department:I bought my car from here and like the free life-time oil changes. Service has been a struggle over the last 6 years.My car has been acting poorly for the last 2 years. Service said $180 to see why my automatic doors weren't working, and $180 to see why automatic shut-off wasn't working. Extended warranty didn't cover this, unless it was their fault. Last visit, they wanted to $1200 for brakes and filters. I said "no" to everything.Well.. I decided to stop trusting Leith and do some research of my own. #1 took my brakes to my husband's mechanic and he said I have at least 20,000 more miles on my brakes. #2 Took my car to AutoZone and had my battery tested: "failed". Got a new battery. All the other features, of which Leith wanted to charge me $180 to inspect, were HEALED with a new battery.So... why has Leith Service always stated that my battery was fine, at all the other services, over the last 2 years????

The one shining star of Leith Honda is I still believe they'll do a good job. I bought my car here, and they have me hooked with the 3-year warranty, so I am stuck for a while. Going to this Honda dealership involves a learning curve. Your first lesson: You are a number, not a name. You are not important. You are just another customer in the sea of Honda owners. Your second lesson: an oil change will take about 4 hours. Don't expect to wait at the dealership (though their coffee IS pretty good and they have WIFI). You might want to schedule your oil change about 3 weeks in advance so you can take advantage of the shuttle (the shuttle driver is the nicest person in the whole dealership!) However, that means since I live 15 miles away, that I drive there, the shuttle driver drives me home. My partner drives me back four hours later. Then we both drive home. In other words, 3 trips, or 90 miles of driving for an oil change. That is NOT GREEN! Your third lesson: reality is not real in this dealership. I got there yesterday and was told the internet was out so they couldn't access anything and had no idea what I came in for. They were sending most people away. But I looked at my phone and I was ON GUEST WIFI! They decided they could do my oil change, but it still took 4 hours. I was told about 10 times, "our internet was down," and that they were incredibly backed up, even though I keep seeing them send people away. when I called they had no idea who could help me because "their internet was down" so they couldn't see my ticket. Then when I finally got a message that "my car needed an air filter," I tried to call back but they couldn't find my service provider so it took an hour for them to get back to me. Then I finally reached them, and they told me "we have to fit your car back in and we're majorly backed up," so it might take a few hours to get the air filter in your car. Then when I finally got back, the lady behind the desk stared at my ticket and said, "I don't know what to do with this" to the guy who handed her my ticket. I still don't have all this resolved and it's the next day, but I believe their "internet" is back up because I finally got a bunch of texts from their system late in the day. Lesson number four: be ready for an adventure.

I bought a used vehicle this week and worked with Patrick Higgins. Patrick was extremely helpful and clear with the explanation of the Leith process. One thing I appreciated about Patrick was that he was honest about what he knew about the vehicle and what he didn’t know. He had reviewed the CarFax and knew the history of the vehicle and was helpful about researching any of the questions I had that he didn’t know the answer to. There was a problem with the bank transaction (not on Leiths side of things) and Patrick waited patiently to then help me get my car and my new vehicle home. I would highly recommend working with Patrick and Leith Honda to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle! Thanks Pat!

Geoff was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process of getting our car fixed. The work was done as quickly as they could manage with having to order a part, and everything works great. I feel much safer driving our car now. We will definitely continue to bring our car here for any service it needs.

I just purchased my first Honda from Leith Honda of Raleigh this past Wednesday, a brand new 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring and I absolutely love it! My Salesman was Jamal Badwan, who made it an awesome experience and was the absolute best to work with.We visited the dealership a couple weeks ago to test drive and look at different options and Jamal was very nice and comforting from the moment we got there. The specific model I wanted was not available yet, but kept in touch until he was able to find one coming in to reserve. I got a call from the Sales manager Sheila the next day, who was a pleasure to talk to, as she was able to find me one that was coming in sooner which was great.Jamal and I communicated via text and phone working the numbers up until the car came in for pickup. He had everything ready to go when we got there to pick up to make the purchasing process as quick and easy as it could be. He was great with keeping my boys busy as well while they waited.I would definitely recommend and buy another car from Leith Honda. Jamal has delivered excellent customer service with always being available for a call or text and responding promptly, something you don't often see with other dealerships.Thanks again for making this buying experience top notch!

Our first ever service at Leith Honda went perfectly. The Leith Honda employee Carrie was extremely helpfully. For the repairs, I had to leave the car ('16 Civic) overnight. Carrie kept me up-to-speed via texts. All-around as good of an experience as possible given the fact my AC had to be repaired.

By far the worst mistake I ever made was purchasing a used Audi Q7 from this location without taking to have it properly overlooked across the street at a true Audi dealership. 30 days after purchase, transmission slipping, rear transaxle binding. Sold me a pure lemon.

Virtually no dealer installed options, unlike most other dealers in the area. Aside from the inventory issues that all Honda dealers have everything was great, the sales person kept me informed, even the finance guy wasn't aggressive. I knew what I wanted so they worked with me.Of course the days of paying less than MSRP are gone, but that's pretty much everywhere.

!!BEWARE!! of the unknown "diagnostic fee" that they push on you to even take your car back for anything other than routine maintenance. $230.35 after taxes and fees. Also note that this is an hourly rate. They do mention that you do not pay that cost if the tech cannot find the problem (but realistically how often does a certified tech not find the problem??). This is highway robbery. Take your issues elsewhere. Also my car is less than 2 years old (2021 Accord) and when I asked about warranty coverage if there was an identified issue, I was told that since I don't pay for the extended warranty I would probably be out of luck. On a car with less than 30k miles. Makes sense to me.

I bought my first Honda this past Monday, and I had the most amazing experience!Buying a car as a young woman can feel intimidating. You never know what kind of sales person or experience you’re going to get, but I promise you that if you go to Leith Honda, you’re going to get the absolute best experience! I was helped out by Dani Bianco, and let me tell you, she is hands down THE BEST. From the moment I arrived, Dani met me with a bright smile and a “let’s get you a new car” attitude, she was friendly and supportive of whatever decision I decided to make, she never once tried to push me in any unnecessary direction. I was also assisted by Tim as well, and that man is just as much of a saint as Dani. The whole time I was there with Dani and Tim, I wasn’t treated like a customer, I was seriously treated like family and I left with my dream car.
