It was my first time doing my taxes there and they told me I was getting $1010 back they give me $100 and than they give me $275 they changed me $230 to do my taxes i called to see where my money was they said the bank had a fee so the bank charged me almost $450 thst is not right so if you are thinking of doing your taxes there dont

I did my taxes this year at liberty tax and they told me I would get some money back but than the bank they use told all my money and I didn't get anything backi was waiting for that money to pay my house payment please don't do your taxes here

The only person who is actually worth talking to about getting your taxes done is Mindy at this location, Mindy is the only one trustworthy enough and doesn't try to tell you a bunch of bull... The only reason why I'm giving it a one-star is because I used to work for them and I have been waiting three weeks for my last paycheck. I still haven't got my paycheck yet and I'm still waiting on the phone call to tell me that it came in doesn't matter how many times I've called or even showed up there not even open or nobody answers the phone the only person that answers the phone is Rabin the owner of the store. He said that he was going to talk to Mindy and whoever else was at the store location at the time about figuring out why my paycheck hasn't shown up yet or what to do about the paycheck and I still have not gotten a response back about it.

Have you ever needed help beyond your power. Ever seen anybody change 5 years of torture into 30 minutes and a smile.not only give you a piece of mind but piece your mind back together. Ever seen an individual take more initiative for your issues than you. This the right place for you. This was a experience for me today that helped me realize there are still people who care and the energy was amazing. Staff is incredible, you don't want a big mess and headache go to liberty tax Fayetteville Rd location. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to Liberty for over 10 years and I only deal with Mindy. She is my TAX GURU. I have no issues and I just live her Dearly. She knows what she is doing. I came this year and Mindy was not here and gentlemen ran my car and asked for my information. Said he would not misplace anything. Mindy comes back from being sick and I come in expecting just to sign as Asok the new owner lost my W-2. And I’m just finishing with my Mindy. Customer Service is awesome and she gets the job done. Love my Liberty but if Mindy leaves I’m gone.KIR

Mrs. Mindy, did a great job on doing my taxes this year. Their is no one better than her at the tax office. It's likes she lives and breaths doing taxes for a living. Can't wait to see her next year.
