This store scheduled delivery twice— and noone came. After calls and discussions were f delivery window “8 to 8” no-one delivered my item or even call. Had to go and pick it up. Management was at “ Vegas” so not was available for work. Horrible stuff. I had to take time off from work for nothing.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS LOCATION! I called this location because my wife received an email of a pick up order at this Lowes location. I called to inform them that it was not me that ordered and someone has my information. We assumed that they wanted my military discount. The lady on the phone said one moment and put me on hold. After about 10 minutes I hung up and called back. Someone picked up the phone and instantly put me on hold. So I hung up AGAIN and called back. They answered and hung up the phone on me instantly. I am now calling corporate to report this and that it could be the possible staff at this location who are using my information. In the meantime I cancelled the order and changed my information. Additionally I filed paperwork with corporate on this situation.

My family and I have been coming to Lowe's for years, and the place is excellent. The staff there and customer service there is pretty good. The store looks clean and organized. A couple weeks ago my dad ordered a new dryer, and thank go we got that dryer a few days later from Lowe's. Overall pretty good hardware, and construction store. Yes we will shop there again, and again.

If only I could give zero stars because 1 star seems too generous. I came into store today excited to purchase a smoker for my boyfriend's birthday which is in 5 days. I picked out the one I think he would love after talking with a few friendly customers and getting great insight. I find a store associate to help me. The associate takes the order number to the cashier so that I can purchase and schedule assembly and delivery. After I was charged and paid $590, I quickly reviewed the receipt and realized they charged me for the wrong smoker. I immediately (less than 5 minutes) go back to the cashier to have her correct the mistake. Only to have them tell me that they can give me a refund but it will take 10-15 days before my money ($590) is back in my account. And if I wanted the correct smoker and would need to pay another $500 to have it in time for my boyfriend's birthday. This is totally unacceptable. For lack of a better word "why should they make their ignorance, my inconvenience"? Word to the wise, make sure you check what you are being charged for thoroughly before you pay. This store does not mind inconveniencing the customer. I spoke with the assistant store manager, Joseph and he provided no solution at all. David Farah is the name I was given for the store manager and I wasn't able to speak with him today. But I would love to address this experience with him personally.

It could be a better store I would encourage they hire the right people to work there. No one that works there greets the Customers even @ self Check out. I brough Amonia from there I could had to a different one.
