My husband and I have come to this store a couple times this year and the store is always so clean and well set up. This time we had our dog with us and all of the staff was very kind to him and even gave a some treats! 🤍

I love this location! It feels much bigger than their old NH store, and in a better location to both park, walk around, eat and shop. I’ve been a few times and every time the SA’s are great! The times I remember most are when Emily has helped me. First, she’s energetic, helpful and is just great with people. Honestly I was looking for 1 thing but tried on a couple of pieces (that I ended up loving), and left with a few more. She was so fantastic and really embraces the Lululemon brand!

This store is little, you can't walk around without bumping into another customer, this is not an exaggeration , they have painted arrows on the ground guiding you in and out, in one direction only, that's crazy! for it to be so overpriced they can do better. customer service is a little less than average.

Shopped at th new North Hills Lulu location today and was met with a clean store and a very helpful & friendly staff. Yvonne & Andrew were especially helpful I recommend stopping in.

I had the misfortune of visiting the new Lululemon location yesterday with my girlfriend, and I have to say, the experience was beyond disappointing. The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. When my girlfriend approached the cashier to make a return, she was met with a dismissive wave and the cold demand for a receipt—no greeting, no friendly smile, nothing.
It’s unacceptable that the cashier insisted she couldn’t process the return without the receipt, which is simply not true. The lack of customer service was shocking, especially for a brand that prides itself on quality and community. This store clearly needs a serious overhaul in training their employees on basic courtesy and customer engagement.
It’s a shame because we were looking forward to shopping here, but after this experience, we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Our money is not appreciated, and it’s clear that this location is not ready to serve its customers. Kick rocks, Lululemon!

I came in to get a rip fixed in the seam of my align pants. The manager is stating that the store is no longer allowed to do repairs and haven’t been able to do so for at least a year. However, just a month or so ago I had a rip in a different pair and they happily repaired the seam for me. Today they were unwilling to help even though these aligns were purchased under their old policy, and there was no communication on policy updates (which should have come from Lulu corporate imo). Not only that, I understand policy, but as a manager your goal should be to help the customer find a solution. Both the manager and older lady working were not customer service friendly and had an attitude. I won’t be coming back and after nearly a decade buying Lulu, most likely won’t be making any further purchases as my experience with other brands has been much better in that of recent months.

Honestly I had the worst experience here, I’ve been here two other times and they are rude here. They literally treat you so poorly. I wanted to return two items that have tags and I had my receipt. The lady who was upfront told me I couldn’t since it was past the 30 day mark . She was so snarky about it . I asked for a different person to help me. She told me that this location was very strict on returns . Anyways I ended up going to a different lulu and they helped and weren’t snobby about it . I also see that other people haven’t had the best experience here. The hire ups should look into the employees here being so nasty. And maybe work on hiring better people

Made my friend and I so uncomfortable for simply looking around. They were following us and staring at us like we were stealing something. I honestly thought they were gonna ask to check our bags before we left since we didn’t buy anything… I guess we didn’t look like their typical audience. Won’t be coming back!
