I came in today to return some items from my daughter’s tennis purchases. She needed certain skirts for school and the first set didn’t fit so we had to immediately order replacements online to ensure we had the correct size for the start of the season. Bailey was irritated that the skirt as she stated appeared damaged on the hem. I don’t disagree, but it arrived that way. In fact the replacement size I ordered also came with a spot that we had to scrub to get out. So clearly they don’t inspect items anymore prior to shipping. Either way, it came that way and they need to take it back that way. Obviously it had not been worn she could have checked my account to see I ordered the exact same item in a different size already because it wasn’t in the store. My irritation is that she said I was rude when in reality she needed a pep talk to handle basic customer service. Lululemon needs better shipping and way better customer service training.

I took my daughter here to purchase some shorts that would still look cool, feel comfortable and pass the Dad approved length. This was no easy endeavor! However, Bailey totally made this process easy and enjoyable. Bailey, was polite, attentive and displayed professional zeal and she relentlessly hunted the store’s inventory to find a pair of shorts that met the above mentioned criteria. If only all customer service employees would conduct themselves like Bailey, America ?? would be a better place.

I went in for my birthday to spend some birthday money, and the manager went above and beyond for us!! She was the sweetest, and took care of myself, my 8 year daughter, my 11 year old niece, my mom, and my 88 year old grandma. She made our trip there so special! We will definitely be shopping at this location again for sure!

Alterations process sucks. Expect it to take three times as long as promised because employees simply ignore the clothes there for alterations.

I cannot praise these employees enough. From the moment I walked in seeking help with a somewhat complicated return, to the dressing room, then finally to checkout all three of the ladies that were working today were absolute sweethearts and very knowledgeable. This is my favorite location in NC! I love shopping here because I know the process will be easy going, I'll leave help when I need it, and I'll also have a few great conversations with the beautiful personalities employed at this location. Makes spending my paycheck on workout clothes a lot better

Terrible store customer service after browsing the store for 20 minutes and no one spoke to us. I had a few things I had picked up, I ended up putting those back. I had a pair of leggings that I brought back in to exchange out for the quality promise return. They would not except them, even though they were bought in October within in the year. They had extreme piling, very worn, and stretched out. The lady would not except them and said they would depil them for me. This is a quality promise they make, which is why I decided to give it a try. If you want to try it, don't try it out at this location.

I went yesterday to this store and was helped by Fiona and the manager on Duty Meghan. I had an issue with my zipper and Fiona asked for help from the manager for the transaction. They were both really helpful and even though the cashier did not know all the steps the manager was such a great leader explaining to her. I worked retail before and I appreciated someone teaching in a kind manner. This is why I love shopping at Lululemon so much. I recently moved from a warmer state and had not used my sweater in many months only to find out the zipper was damaged. They helped me with that quick even though I got there 15 mins before closing time. It only took a few minutes and I was in and out. Thank you to both of you ladies!
