Matt is the best!!! I came into the store looking to get some shorts for my husband for Christmas, and asked him for his help. He was so patient with me making decisions, asking him a million questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we found products that my husband would love. I have had negative experiences in other locations before, and the Crabtree team really made me feel cared for and appreciated, and I will definitely be going back!

We came Friday and had a great time.
Mrs. Angie helped us a lot at the dressing rooms and helped the kiddo with what to wear and style. She was very friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

The manager Jorge was amazing. While I was shopping Emily made me feel welcome. She sparked a random conversation while my friend shopped. Would shop here again because of those two individuals.

Went school shopping for my kids at the mall today and every store we went into was unpleasant. Everyone acted like they didn’t like their job and nobody was friendly. Come 850 (maybe a little after) I walked into this store. And had a few questions. Didn’t catch names this time bc I was rushing but she helped me without a huff or puff and acted like she liked her job. I even went to try on leggings and the 3/4 people at the fitting room hanging out waiting for the store closed welcome me to try on what I needed and take my time. No rush. (Although I did bc I know how it feels to have stragglers come in last min). Long story short I checked out and everyone in that store was exceptionally friendly.

The employee today around 7:40PM looked at me rude while at check out like if I couldn’t afford anything at the store.

while the checkout process was quick, the customer service was poor. the tall, curly haired cashier couldn’t be bothered to fold my leggings- she balled them up and handed them to me. she didn’t say anything rude but how she said it came across as rude. this is the second time me/my boyfriend have had a less than pleasant experience at this store, which is disappointing considering how much we paid for the products.
