Exchanged a damaged shirt for new, no-questions-asked, even from another store. Allister, the store manager, deserves all the credit. Great guy, great staff, great experience. With service like this, I'll gladly pay the premium and keep coming back.

Update on an issue that I had in this store recently with a very rude employee. I spoke to the manager and she was amazing. She has restored my faith in this location and I will be returning! Thank you, Lulu!

I buy something from lululemon every week, but this store will never get my business!!!. When I tried checking out, not a single worker was at the counter, had to go in the back to find a worker. When I found a worker and get checked out, they don’t want to honor my first responder discount so I tell the girl I want to return it (I’ll just go buy it at another store). She told me “she has to go check if it can be returned”. She comes back and gives me my refund. I DROVE AN HOUR TO COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!Every other lululemon store in the country honors my first responder discount besides this store.

Worst experience ever. Was going to buy several items but decided not to give the store my money and put my items back. This store is filled with rude employees that act like they're better, also they don't honor my first responder discount. Any other Lululemon store will but this location. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE STORE!!!

When it was the pop up store downstairs the employees were great, but today I went into this location with the new store upstairs. 3 employees were in there and none were up front in the store or even near the register, they were all 3 near the changing rooms chatting with each other. It was around 11am, and I had to ask for help with an exchange. They all sort of looked at me and at each other and finally one employee walked over, but wasn’t very friendly. The other two stood talking the entire time I was there. When I asked to go into a changing room, they barely paid attention and didn’t follow up to ask how things were going/ give any customer service. I spent 200 dollars in there, which isn’t a ton for a lululemon spree, but I am a frequent costumer. I’ll be going to other stores in the area. Hopefully this location can train their staff to higher standards.

Worst lululemon experience ever . The manager wouldn’t let me use my military discount on my wife’s account when the policy says spouses can use it. The manager I didn’t catch his name he was a bigger African American male. He then said do you want to see the policy and I said yes because I know it I have shopped there for years, he then told me no he isn’t going to show me because he is ticked off then proceeded to kick me and my wife out. Absolutely unacceptable.

I cannot praise these employees enough. From the moment I walked in seeking help with a somewhat complicated return, to the dressing room, then finally to checkout all three of the ladies that were working today were absolute sweethearts and very knowledgeable. This is my favorite location in NC! I love shopping here because I know the process will be easy going, I'll leave help when I need it, and I'll also have a few great conversations with the beautiful personalities employed at this location. Makes spending my paycheck on workout clothes a lot better

Terrible store customer service after browsing the store for 20 minutes and no one spoke to us. I had a few things I had picked up, I ended up putting those back. I had a pair of leggings that I brought back in to exchange out for the quality promise return. They would not except them, even though they were bought in October within in the year. They had extreme piling, very worn, and stretched out. The lady would not except them and said they would depil them for me. This is a quality promise they make, which is why I decided to give it a try. If you want to try it, don't try it out at this location.

Every single time I go to this lululemon I leave feeling like the experience was awful. The educators are rude, and act like you’re inconveniencing them by being in the store. They never answer the phone, it goes immediately to the voicemail. The hours online say they close at 8pm, but I’ve come multiple times around 7-7:15pm and they are already closed. It is inconvenient for the customer when we drive out of our way, just to find the store is closed when it says it should be open. I will now only go to the North Hills and Cary locations.

I just had the most memorable and heartfelt experience in this lululemon. I was helped out by a tall girl with red hair and she found the perfect pair of leggings that made me feel confident and comfortable. We had a great conversation about yoga and I felt happy as I left the store. Would recommend!

I’ll defend the tall orange hair girl - I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. She was very pleasant and professional and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this store. I plan on continuing to shop here. ABC pants for life.

Wonderful customer service at this store! I went in feeling overwhelmed, as I do when I shop, and the tall woman with orange hair was so kind and compassionate and helped me to find clothes that I feel confident in! I will definitely be coming back to this location.
