As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. We were helped by Riddick first, and he was able to help me find just the scrub and scent I was looking for! He maintained a positive attitude throughout the interaction which made our shopping very enjoyable. Then we were checking out with Lilith and they were able to help me and my other two family members find just the face masks we needed! I was very happy when I came in and left the store, I definitely recommend this location!

I had the best first time experience at lush last weekend! Brittney and Cat were so beyond helpful and kind. I asked all the questions and they were so personal and took all the time with me like I was the only person in the store! The place was packed so to receive that much help picking out the perfect gift was amazing!

I had an absolutely amazing time shopping here. Two associates assisted me with the face masks and were extremely friendly and happy to help. they helped me test and decide on a product that I loved. the environment was so welcoming and friendly. staff members seemed happy and joked with me as well as their co workers. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the workers but one was a tall guy with black curly hair and the other was a person of medium height with split died hair blonde and black i think. will most definitely be returning

A trip to Lush is a rare treat for me, and my most recent visit to the Crabtree Valley Mall location was absolutely phenomenal! I've never had such personal, thoughtful, and stellar customer service in a retail environment. I'm so bad with names, but I think Hailey was the associate who helped me. She was kind, efficient, knowledgeable about the products, and very patient with helping me find a moisturizer I couldn't remember the name of. Hailey's kindness and professionalism made this Lush visit fantastic!!! Thank you to Hailey and the manager working the evening of 11/03 for your help.

Lush is my new hobby!
It’s Judah’s fault as to why I have a monthly Lush budget lol. Sometimes I go in there for sport and EVERYTIME I walk out with something new! It’s because Judah is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the company. I really get sold on how the products will benefit me and our talk through of a realistic routine with the products.
He’s been there since the beginning of my skin problem journey and my skin is doing much better now. Dream Cream Queen here!
Thanks to Judah, Lush is my go-to beauty pharmacy.

My family and I frequent the Crabtree valley mall location. I cannot put into words the amount of love and appreciation I have for the team at Lush, at Crabtree valley mall. The whole team is so welcoming, well knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy or just “selling products”, and go above and beyond to make your experience truly special.
I also want to make a special shoutout to Juda, one of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve ever come in contact with. To say that Juda is a very special person, is one of the biggest understatements I could think of. Each time we plan a trip to the mall, my child hopes Juda is there to welcome her, showing off the kindest smile around.
We have never left wishing or wanting more from this location. This group of people is one that needs to be nationally recognized for their hard work, understanding of product, and the overall culture they bring to the store. This team is exactly what Fortune 500 companies strive to look like. RECOGNIZE & REWARD THEM, PLEASE!

Today I went to pick up an online order and had the pleasure of meeting Judah and Emma. They were so personable, patient, and kind! They introduced me to new products and even educated me on the store’s mission and different ways to use the products. They showed me how to mix products that came up with a totally different and unique scent/purpose to them. I am looking forward to coming to this location again. Thanks again Judah and Emma! 🤍

I can’t say enough good things about this store. I’ve been shopping here for years, but last month I went in specifically to see if I could get any help for my daughter’s scalp dryness and irritation. I didn’t get their name on our receipt unfortunately, but the kindest employee helped me pick out 3 products to try - including the Banana shampoo, Renee’s Soufflé, and Greased Lightning. They were absolutely wonderful, so kind and so knowledgeable. Within just 24hrs, we noticed a major improvement, and now a month later my daughter has no more problems with her scalp thanks to Lush! Thank you so much to this lovely employee and the team at this store.
