Lush Nail Bar had thr most ridiculous policy ever! I walked in to get a nail replaced. I am missing 1 thumb nail. I was told that they do not repair work from other salons. But this isn't a repair, its a replacement as the the thumb nail is bare. The man that I was talking to told me they don't do it because they can't match the colors. My current nail design is a mismatched design and the nail that I wanted replaced would have a French tip with a very thin blue line on the edge. I told him that I'm ok with getting just plain French on that nail (because the overall design is purposely mismatched & idc about it being exactly the same). His attitude was pretty dismissive and he lacked quality customer service. I understand that they have policies (no matter how ridiculous) but it was his overall tone that bothered me the most.

I thought “walk-ins welcome” meant you could walk in and be serviced *without* an appointment but apparently it just means you’re welcome to walk in…but still have to make an appointment. Much rather a business keep it real and say they operate by appointments only. With that being said, CNP Nails (3 minutes from this place) actually honors walks-ins, the pedicure was amazing and the wait wasn’t terrible.

Gloria was excellent. I got a Lush pedicure today and absolutely loved the experience. She was done in an hour and my toes look flawless. Gloria expertly matched the color of my nails which is a plus. I’ll be back!

Excellent establishment! I’m from out of town and wanted to treat myself. I called and got an appointment for a gel mani/pedi, and they fit me in within 30 minutes on a holiday weekend! My ease of scheduling was only surpassed by the service I received. My nail tech, Natasha, was attentive, polite, took great care of me, and did an excellent job on my gel mani/pedi. The entire staff was amazing!!! The atmosphere of the salon was fun and inclusive, I felt very welcomed, and I made friends with the salon’s puppies- (english bulldogs) and other patrons. On a scale of 1-10, Lush gets 100 from me. Thank you for pampering me! I’ll be back there for sure the next time I’m in Raleigh!!!

I was a little nervous about some of the reviews on here. But the girls who did mine and my friends nails were actually very kind and did an amazing job on our nails. I would hope most people get this experience as well. I understand rude customers and such can be a different story. But I really loved my nails and they were perfect for our trip to Miami.

I love Lush! Great vibes and very talented nail techs. I’ve been getting my nails done there for about a year and always look forward to going in. I usually get my UV nails done with Jhustine and she is so very talented! Great with any designs you want, she’s an artist. I’ve also had my nails done with Phong and Nat and they are absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for great service and a mood boost, Lush is your spot!
