I recently purchased INC dress pants, but unfortunately, they developed a defect after a single wash, despite carefully following the care instructions. When I attempted to return the pants at the store, I encountered several issues. The associate assisting me repeatedly interrupted my questions, and instead of resolving the matter, printed paper tickets and stapled them directly to the clothing. After stapling the pants, I was informed that they could not process the refund in-store.
I was directed to customer service, where I was told to contact a specific phone number to report the defect. Upon doing so, I was informed that items that have been washed cannot be returned, regardless of the defect. To make matters worse, the stapling left additional damage to the pants, compounding the issue.
This experience was frustrating, and I am disappointed with the quality of the INC brand dress pants. The fabric, made from recycled materials, did not hold up well, showing visible white fibers and tugs after just one wear and wash. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing dress pants from Macy's, given the poor product quality and the lack of effective customer service.

The prices are steep but I do love the mark down section I didn't know they had one because I don't shop there to high for my blood but since I know they have a mark down section with good prices I will be going there now

My recent visit to Macy's was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of a sales clerk.
I initially went to the store to purchase a dress that was listed as in-stock online. When I asked for assistance, the clerk informed me they didn't have the dress available. While disappointing, this wasn't a major issue.
The real problems began when we attempted to order the dress online for delivery:
The clerk asked to see my ID. When I explained I didn't have it with me, she belittled me, saying I should always carry it, and rolled her eyes. This condescending attitude was completely uncalled for.
She refused to honor the online sale price of $100 for a dress originally priced at $300. When I questioned this, she rudely suggested I go home and order it myself if I wasn't happy with her service.
Her overall demeanor was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the entire interaction.
Ultimately, I left the store without making a purchase and ordered the dress online from home at the correct sale price.
