Dropped in to MAD for the first time with some friends and really enjoyed the class! Great workout and the programming is as challenging as you want it to be. Coach was great- was thorough in explaining the movements and selecting the appropriate weights as well as monitoring everyone’s technique.

I could not speak more highly of MADabolic's conditioning program and MAD Raleigh's facility, trainers, and community. I've been taking class on and off since 2015 and continuously come back because there is no fitness product superior.

what an awesome workout! the gym itself is clean + well laid out. the staff i’ve met so far have been nice, and one of the owners, emily, was especially helpful on my first visit with making sure i felt welcome, understood the flow of things, offered encouragement throughout, and feedback afterwards. i really like how they incorporate boxing/bag work into every workout, and from what i can tell, a great variety of challenging workouts. this is a unique place that i look forward to jumping into fully!

I really cannot say enough good things about Madabolic Raleigh. I was visiting Raleigh for a few months for work and I stumbled upon MAD. The owners, Emily and Rob, are so welcoming. They know everyone by name, and they know what is going on in everyone's life! They really have created a community. Every coach is encouraging and knowledgeable and offer corrections to make sure you aren't injuring yourself and that you are getting the most out of your workout. The workouts are fun, challenging and are different every single class. Can't recommend MAD Raleigh enough!

As someone who has never done strength training, feared the weights section at gyms and afraid that it would make me look too “muscular”, I was convinced to try MAD and became obsessed!The program is easy to follow, all the trainers are super friendly and want you to succeed & the best part of it all is the community! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging that I don’t feel self-conscious or embarrassed. I still can’t do a push-up, but it’s at least fun to try and laugh with my friends now. :)If you are looking to tone your body, start strength training and/or build core strength but don’t know where to start, try MAD! If you are looking for a robust, challenging and fun program to stay active, try MAD! If you are looking to gain a community of positive vibes and support, try MAD!You get it, try MAD! You won’t be disappointed.

MAD is a great mix of strength, agility, and endurance exercises. Every class is a little bit different which keeps my body guessing and I’ve felt stronger over the last few months since joining. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, and they create a friendly and welcoming environment for their patrons. I’d definitely recommend!

THE BEST GYM this side of the Mississippi. I tried numerous gyms in the triangle before settling here and I love it. Here’s a few reasons why:1. The programming is excellent. After multiple gym injuries, I was looking for somewhere with a holistic approach and this is it. Madabolic’s focus on form is everything I was looking for. Each workout is thoughtful, with consistent movements to perfect technique but enough variety to keep things fun.2. The coaching is stellar. They’ll push you to increase your limits/try heavier weights, and help you modify when necessary.3. The gym is spectacularly clean + organized. All you do is show up, pick your intensity level and move through the workout. The weights and equipment are set up so you can put your mental and physical energy into moving your weights rather than worrying about what to choose and how to get them from A to B.Other highlights include: regular baseline workouts to track growth, community hangs, and movement workshops to improve form to name a few.

I've been to a number of different gyms & group fitness classes, but absolutely nothing comes close in comparison to MAD! This is the only group fitness class I have ever found that actually uses weights and helps you get stronger, rather than just focusing all the effort on cardio. All of the movements are safe, well taught, and have a minimal risk for injury - which allows for any age or fitness level to participate and thrive. On top of that, the trainers are some of the nicest and most welcoming people you will ever meet. Can't recommend this gym enough!

There are two key elements that make MADabolic the best gym around: the people and the programming. Emily, Rob, and team have made this a welcoming space for anybody looking to focus on their health and fitness, regardless of ability. As a recent transplant to the Raleigh area, MAD quickly became a place where I felt comfortable and made several new friends. The programming is the smartest you will find in any group-style gym. Since I studied strength & conditioning at the graduate level, I'm probably more critical than most when it comes to workouts. This program is clearly rooted in science, doesn't follow fads, simple, and most importantly - effective. I have become significantly stronger over the past year. Every trainer is highly educated on the purpose of each workout and how it fits into the bigger picture. Don't expect to see ra-ra style cheerleader trainers at MAD. Instead, know that no matter who is teaching class that day, you will get a technically sound, subject matter expert making sure your form and technique is perfect so that you can stay safe and progress through the program as intended. I am so happy that I found MAD Raleigh and would recommend it to anyone!
