I moved from GA to NC, and because the move was more stressful than anticipated, by the time I had time to look for car insurance, I needed to do so quickly. I chose State Farm because the quotes given were lower than the other companies, and because the other insurance companies I contacted did not contact me back fast enough. I was pretty happy how quickly this office was able to reply to me, take my information, get me a quote and start my coverage.
I recommend this office! Everyone I've talked with so far is very kind and professional. Andre, specifically, was very quick to reply and work with me.

I've been with Mary Wilson - State Farm Insurance Agency for many years. I have had a fantastic experience at State Farm. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I recently added another insurance policy from Mary Wilson - State Farm, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Lastly, Andre Caldwell at State Farm, provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond to help me with setting up my policies, and I was very grateful for his assistance. Thank you all for your service.

A client of mine was making an auto policy change and I was genuinely blown away by how friendly and easy it was for the guest to make a change. It is a really good sign of doing business the right way when you can impress someone just by doing business with someone around them.

Called the local office as we weren’t getting anywhere with an adjuster that was assigned to us for a house claim that was filed. I spoke with Andre, and he immediately jumped in and reached out to the adjuster who was hard to get in touch with. Andre understood the urgency of our claim. Thanks to his immediate response and involvement, we were assigned a new adjuster who called me right away and we are getting reimbursed immediately for the money we’ve had to pay out of pocket so far. Each State Farm office should be so lucky as to have an Andre working for them. The customer service in this office is excellent. There is always someone available to pick up the phone and speak to you immediately. Great customer service.

Andre understood the urgency for our policy to be enforced. Within hours he worked at the estimate, provided me with a quote and then took my payment. We had a policy in force immediately that he sent to my clients office in time to make payroll. This affected several families who are depending on those paychecks. Good job Andre!

Mary:
State Farm sent to you an underwriting letter in our behalf last November, and you didn't care to let us know or help us to resolve the problem? Well, we were not aware of this issue, and now, due to your negligence as our agent, and your lack of support, I lost my car, I don't even have a rental to go to work with and I don't have enough money to buy a new car, all this for an accident that was not even my fault, I got rear ended.
We have been loyal to you and State Farm for over 20 years and this is how I end up, really, after all the money I have paid ?
And after everything we have gone through, you even had the decency of taking our calls?
I guess we were your favorite customers until we not longer were.
Very unprofessional on your part to post sensitive information about my family on the internet. There's some confidential information that other people doesn't need to know.
For the record, we know the law, we do NOT allowed our daughter to drive without a license, she took the car by herself when she was dealing with a mental health crisis and she was very unstable. How heartless and insensitive comment about our situation.
