Diane was so attentive to my needs today, focusing on a specific area that was causing me pain! She helped massage and stretch out some deep knots! So great! Will definitely be back!

I have been very impressed with Massage Envy. I have been to Crabtree, Brier Creek and now my new favorite, Creedmoor Rd. I absolutely loved this location. Loved the layout and how pleasant the spa smelled !!!! Kudos to management. I booked an evening massage last minute with Cynthia. Run! Do not walk to book an appointment with her. She has heavenly hands. I have been under a lot of stress lately carrying alot of tension on my neck, shoulders and lower back. Working remotely has taken its toll. I have had poor experiences with body massages in the past. Cynthia provided appropriate pressure and really helped me relax. I did not leave in pain. She was personable and very experienced. I enjoyed her techniques and stretching used to alleviate tension. The lavender relax essential oils really added to the experience. Olivia at the front desk was a doll. I feel extremely rejuvenated and cannot wait until my next massage.

When I signed up, I was told it was for 1 year. When I was charged after the year they told me it was month to month.The manager was extremely rude and when I commented on the horrible experience with her therapist, she became even more rude.Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have a membership. I didn’t get 2 massages . To make up, I had an 1-1/2 hr massage and the other 1/2 hr was to be added to the next massage free of charge. The clerk told me that she was scheduling the 1/2 hr on my next appt which she said would be for my next month and no addl charge. Afterward she charged me $128 on top of the $85 monthly charge. The supervisor I spoke with was very rude and told me she would only refund the 1/2 hr. I have not received a refund of any kind Can’t wait for my term to be up. Thank goodness I only signed up for 6 mos. They have lost a customer.

What an underwhelming, unenthusiastic, boring massage! If this is your “ introductory” massage price, and you want people to join your subscription then you are a fool. I have received great massages, and good massages, but this was just blah.. not even what I would call a massage!!!! I pet my cat better than I was pet during this massage. I paid $89 for a below par massage, that lasted less than an hour, thank god!!!!! I will not return to ME, ever.

EDIT: Having to tell the receptionist about my medical issue, and still not being able to cancel, was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life.It is poor enough that there was no accommodations for my medical disability; it is worse than I had to explain it to a staff member who neither had the knowledge of nor consideration to deal with confidential, sensitive personal medical information.If this establishment supports wellness, they failed to do so in this case. If they support accommodations for disabilities or medical conditions, they failed to do so in this case.As a customer, I question whether I would want to come back to this or any other Massage Envy and wonder whether the lack of accommodations for disabilities is a franchise or corporate policy.I strongly suggest going elsewhere, especially if accommodations for disabilities is something that I need for my health.I was told I could not cancel when I had a gastrointesinal issue and said I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I understand needing to be respectful of the masseuse's time, but I worry about the short sighted sanitation decisions made for the sake of money.I would go elsewhere.

I have been a member since 2012. I joined at the Creedmoor location. I have never cancelled an appointment at the last minute. My 89 year old Dad was sent by ambulance to Big Duke hospital late last night. I called before the Spa opened to leave a message that I was not able to get to my appointment. I called back again to make sure that my message was received. I spoke to the manager, Jennifer. I was charged anyway! I understand that the employee needs to get paid. Aren’t there any exceptions or grace for a long time member? Evidentially not! I asked her to speak to the owners. She just told me to take care of my Dad & hung up!! Unbelievable!

I have been coming to the Creedmoor location for over 13 years and have never been disappointed. I routinely use the same person for services but had to recently book another therapist due to availability. Makaila did not disappoint. I believe that was the best massage I have ever had. I will definitely be booking with her again and again. I highly recommend her!!

What an experience! I had a 90 minute massage with Kevin. Fell asleep on the darn table. I have him scheduled each month (with my membership), for the next 7 months! It is great!
