Upon entering the store the mattress display was very inviting. Hunter was so personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Finding the right mattress requires patience and time. I was pleased with my purchase when I left. Excellent Service ?

My 91 yr old, 105 lb. aunt bought a $1600 Beauty Rest mattress from this store expecting it to he the last mattress she needed to purchase. After a year it was sagging by an inch. The store directed her to file an online warranty claim which required an excessive number of photographs (and required my help to file). The claim was rejected. Apparently an inch of sag after a year under her 105 lbs. is normal.

I went in and was immediately helped by a gentleman named Davone. He was very knowledgeable about the product had great ideas for my transport and space issues. He gave me a great deal, and I would highly recommend speaking to him before going anywhere else. For Google search results and The Matress Firm located Raleigh NC off 70E/Glenwood Ave, location, was hundreds less that OMF or the other lesser stores.

Great shopping experience. When we arrived Hunter greeted us, asked a few questions about our visit. We looked at several mattresses and tested “sleeping on them””. We chose 3 mattresses and hunter explained pros and cons of each one. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchased mattresses from this location again

Ask for Wesley when you visit the store! When I stopped by to purchase a mattress for my daughter he greeted us with enthusiasm, took the time to educate us on what our options were and found us the best deal. He is personable, knowledgeable and looks out for his customers! We are very pleased with our purchase and I plan to work with Wesley again in a few months when I purchase my mattress.

Our salesman, Hunter, was very helpful and very patient with all of our questions. After shopping at a couple of competitors stores we were happy to end up here. His guidance was much appreciated and we are excited to get our new mattress and extras.

Silas helped me over the phone and he made everything so easy. My son who is at NC State moved in to an apartment that had a mattress and bed frame but no box spring. He needed a box spring right away. Silas took all of my information over the phone and a box spring is being delivered on Wednesday. Very easy process. Yay!

Went in looking, and not sure what we were looking for. Davone was so nice and helpful and most important, he was patient with us. He asked us questions and made sure we left with the right bed. A great guy and very good sales associate. We didn't feel pressure to buy, and he wanted to make sure we got more bang for our buck.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm on Glenwood Avenue and would recommend buying there. Davone, our sales person, was excellent! It was a pleasant experience and we were in and out in less than an hour.
