Worst McDonalds ever!!! Staff is on a personal call on the phone they ring up customers. Placed an order and several other people were there waiting for their orders and while one employee was ringing everyone up the other is sitting down in the back on the phone. After 30min of wait I ask for my money back, no one was preparing food for over 30min. Walmart should kick them out and give the opportunity to a fast food place that actually wants to be there.

I went to this McDonald’s and tired 3 times to scan my app. Then I asked to change my order and the worker Christine said “here we go”. I then heard her say make that persons food bad. I don’t know why she was so hostile about it. Please don’t go to this location.

This McD's is where unmotivated people and incompetent managers go to get paid. If you desire to stand at a register and be ignored for several minutes by employees in the back or take 30 minutes to get your order, this is the McD's for you! Just don't be hungry when you show up. For years now, there has been a constant pattern of poor customer service, no leadership, and worst-in-class wait times at this location. Look at the reviews and ratings...and those are only the experiences people are willing to share with you. Anyone with a decent work ethic would have a great opportunity here to really shine as an employee. Until McD's sees how much money theyre losing here, you can help preserve peace and happiness on Earth by avoiding this store.A much better and well managed McD's is just across the intersection in Brier Creek.

Friendly efficient staff. They helped me learn how to use the coupon codes in the McDonald’s app to get free stuff!

This was a truly insane experience. If I go to a restaurant and they make me food, and I do not enjoy the food literally 100% of the restaurants that are corporate and or franchise have a policy for redoing food. I was at the location in the Glenwood Walmart, nearly every day since I came back to Raleigh. I was there yesterday and ordered food. I ate two pieces of food and called back to tell them that it was not very good that I wanted it replaced. Today when I went back to replace it. The general manager told me that I had never been there, Asked for my receipt, and started VERY pointedly asking me questions and making accusations as if I were trying to get one over on them… I told her I wasn’t going to have her keep being rude to me, as I do not raise my voice or cuss anyone… She refused to do anything saying over and over she’s the GM and I could “call 1800 whatever” she gave me someone else’s receipt and said “call that number”The number goes to an answering service. I asked for the franchise information (I am one of the franchisee for the Marcos next door and understand that they need to hear this)She refused to give me the info and told me to leave. 7$ worth of food for this smh I just wanted food that didn’t taste off. I wonder how there’s only 2*

I ordered online and went there for a pickup, the lady with blue hair didn't prepare the order because one item was missing. They took 20 minutes to prepare it , and they said they didn't have drinks right now because the cups are missing. There were two people both of them look high . Don't ever visit this location ever.

If I could give a zero star review I would but I guess I have to be nice… I had to wait in a 3 person line for over 25 minutes before an employee even would come to the register to take one person’s order. Mind you that one employee was shoving a package of apple slices into his mouth while in front of another customer. Last I checked if an employee is eating they are to do so in the dining area outside of kitchen boundaries (this is a sanitation practice) on further note it was rather rude of the employee to feed on said food item right in front of a customer. This lack of professionalism and practice of food safety has drawn me to the conclusion to NEVER eat at this establishment again.

Takes 20mins to get a simple order. Lady in the back has the worst attitude.

You're better off going to the standalone MCDs across the street. You can stand at the register for ten minutes while the staff stare back and ignore you. Finally they come to the front to say they're out of beef.

Girl with red braids working on 09/01/2023 needs to be trained on how to deliver adequate customer service. She rudely blurts out that there’s no burgers available because the grill is broken before she can even greet us with a simple “hello or welcome to McDonald’s” .. then she takes my order and walks away from the register. Just completely walks away to socialize in back with a man who had his toddler with him in the kitchen area. She was away for at least 7 minutes before coming back and realizing that I was paying in CASH. Of course she has an attitude at that point because she has to actually WORK by taking the money and returning my change. Not to mention the fries were maybe halfway full when we received our order? CORPORATE NEEDS TO VISIT THIS STORE!

I am a doordash driver. Yesterday I arrived at 4:05 PM to pick up an order. I patiently waited while the only employee working vented about how much she hated her job to her friend who was in the restaurant for five minutes. She then finally spoke to me so I gave her the information for the pickup order. She then says "alright I'll get that" and then goes back to talking to her friend instead of working on the order. When she finally started working on the order, the nuggets were still frozen, she continuously stopped to talk to her friend instead of hearing the nuggets. At this point there is a line of people who she is ignoring to talk. But after 32 minute of waiting she finally handed me the 10pc nugget meal order at 4:37. That's not a big deal because I was getting paid good for the delivery. My issue is she then made a false report to doordash saying I was 30 minutes late and that I arrived at 4:35, so now because of her lack of work ethic and false report, my account is now pending termination. I have messages with the customer to back up my claim, because I continued to update them throughout the long process of her talking and making the order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed mobile order for dine in. Used the McDonalds app to put the table number in and the app said “order is on the way.” I should’ve known something was up when the cashier left from behind the counter and looked at us while she went to sit at a table in the restaurant (rather than behind the counter). Anyway, we sat at the table for 10 minutes and no food came so I went to the counter to ask what was up. The cashier sees me coming, walks back behind the counter and says, “did you place the mobile order?” “Yes” I said, then was told our order couldn’t be completed because the grill was down. I said okay, cancel the order and refund my money (I had already paid because it was a mobile order). She tells me she can’t do that and I have to cancel it myself on the app. So I stand there and pull up my app and it clearly says once order is placed it cannot be canceled on the app. I show her this and she says well I guess you need to call. She didn’t give me a number to call. So I left with my card charged for a purchase that was not fulfilled.Several things. One, why is the restaurant open if they can’t make food because the grill is down? Why isn’t there a sign that clearly says that? And why can mobile orders be placed if you can’t complete them? Two, the cashier had to know I was the one who placed the mobile order because the table number was on there and she saw us sit down. How long was she going to make us wait before she said something? Three, this same cashier clearly doesn’t know what she’s talking about since she told me to cancel my order in the app when I can’t do that.I called the corporate complaint line and they told me the franchise owner has to issue the refund AND that I might have to go back to get it (assuming the owner contacts me to give me the refund). If you want even basic level service from a McDonalds, avoid this place at all costs. I should’ve known that a McDs in a Walmart was not to be trusted. Lesson learned. You’d be better served going to the McDonalds across the street on Brier Creek parkway.
