Elaine, Amy, and Kierra were amazing! Very patient and knowledgeable with opening our first business account. Also very personable! Remembered tidbits about my kiddos. This tells me as a customer, they listen, and relationship building is important to staff and the company. Thank you for taking great care of us!!

My daughter had an account with these creatures if I've had known I would have stopped her. They charged for every little thing!! And try to stop you getting your money out the bank. I went to try to close my daughter's account because she's deceased they said I had to get an administrative will,which I did. Now they saying I can't get the funds because I need to be the guardian of my 7 yr old granddaughter. Really!!! These are just mad becauseI want to close out her account.

My fiancé and I visited the branch on 5.03.23 and everyone was so nice, professional, and went above and beyond to assist. Met initially with Kierra Russell who provided great customer support and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We next met with Elaine Johnson the Branch Manager and she was totally awesome. Her breadth of knowledge pertaining to all aspects of banking and funding for a business was extraordinary. She has a great, relatable personality and we had a wonderful time speaking with her. We learned a lot and the manner in which she shared her knowledge was straightforward. She went out of her way to ensure you understood what she was explaining. I felt as if we had attended a mini business class. If you have questions I would definitely recommend making an appointment with her or just visiting this branch to meet great people.

I have been a member of this bank for over 3 years now, and they are horrible. I have experienced the absolute worse customer service the entire time. The branch managers all have way to much attitude and are not professional at all. That is for the old one and the new one. You can tell by there tone of voice that it is not going to be a pleasant experience, as soon as you get them on the phone. It saddens me because it is a black owned bank and I wanted to stick it out, however I can't keep giving opportunities to an ungrateful establishment. I pray in the future they would realize that customer service is very important and everyone deserves respect, no matter how big or small their account balance is!

I have never believe in bitcoin since I was scammed on April 10th so I stayed away from it because losing money is heart breaking, until I was recommended to MRS LAUREN JORDAN by a close friend for her good job, she helped me managed my account and I was able to make a good withdrawal after a week of trading right now I have made so much money on crypto currency it has change my life for good inbox her now for your help.

My wife and I just left this branch and the customer service was excellent. The previous review gave me pause but we wanted to support an African-American owned establishment and it’s longevity impressed us both. Ms. Shelia was superb in her customer service. She made sure we were aware of all options when choosing the account that fit our needs. We will definitely recommend this bank to friends and family.

So I tried several times to contact them about my debit card that will expire at the end of July. No reply. No one cares and they blame it on covid. It's them! They are nothing but liars. They tell you one thing and turns out to be another just to get you off their back. I am thinking about switching to a credit union. I am tired of chasing them down for a response. It is getting old fast.

Shelia, Shelia, Shelia!! Terrible customer service, no follow-up calls,, answers the phone chewing and eating in your ear. She is so unprofessional! Even lies from the manager. I called myself supporting this Black owned bank, be mistake! I had to give them the one star.

I have been with this bank for a few years now earlier today I called the local Raleigh branch (Rock Quarry Rd) office to report my card lost, I had to call the local branch because nobody ever answers the 1-800-433-8238 number. However as soon as I spoke with Miss. Alston and told her about my situation she giggled and did not try to help me not once. Miss. Alston attitude was very nasty and I honestly did not appreciate it as a customer. I use to love this bank, but every time I call and try to get assistance the customer service is terrible. Smh.

Havent had any really bad experiences before today, besides a certain member service agent (shelia....not a people person)that seems to be there every time i go . I went in today to request some statement copies and was greeted with being told i could do this myself.....which is fine but im in front of you now. Then i was told that she was doing a project and she could get it in an hour or so. Upon leaving i told her id be back thru in an hour ( because ive had this done before at multiple bank branches over the years and it takes all of 10 mins) she tells me "i can maybe get started on it in an hour) hold up am i not the customer? Shouldnt i be helped first and foremost? Strike one M&F
