“I called towards the closing of the business day yet AdaptHealth was at our house with a delivery the next morning! The delivery guy was very friendly & respectful especially of our home. It had been raining for a few days therefore it was a bit muddy outside. The delivery guy (DeAndre) was careful not to step in the mud & track it in our house. Our first delivery (Aaron) as well as our service call a few days afterwards was an even more wonderful experience! The delivery guy went above & beyond! Each time the delivery guys called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. One time they got hung up in traffic & he called back to let me know that he was running a few minutes behind. They also sent a photo to let me know what our delivery guy looks like! That made me feel very secure in knowing who would e coming into my home! How GREAT of a company can you get! For all of the reasons I stated & more, THIS is what makes AdaptHealth outstanding! They definitely raise the bar in what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE should be!”

Not only did they provide me with these critical pieces of equipment, they delivered them the same day to my house before I came home from the hospital. The equipment itself is high quality, and they were able to work with my insurance to get a favorable outcome. “*************************Edit: Just got off the phone with a customer service manager that was able to charge me the cash price instead of the inflated insurance price (I believe she was able to retract the claim from my insurance). I still wouldn't say the situation was perfect, but I am happy with the resolution. Lesson learned, call as soon as you get the nebulizer.*************************Suprise surprise. Half the reviewers had the same issue I did. Got a nebulizer for my son, then they billed my insurance 5x what it would cost from a medical supply store. When I recieved the bill (A month and a half after receiving the nebulizer) I called immediately and was told that I could have chosen to pay cash if I had called them within a week of receiving the nebulizer, despite not having any way of knowing that. Their meagar defense was a sticker on the side of the box that said we could call to find out the cost, with no indication that if it was processed through insurance it would be 5 times more expensive.When I asked if they could retract the claim from my insurance so I could pay the cash price, I was told no, despite my insurance provider telling me that is in fact something they should be able to do.I am currently working with our pediatrician to have them find a new medical supplier because this is just unconscionable. The only reason I left two stars instead of one was because the customer service rep was kind despite my obvious impatience. I suspect that she spends all day getting yelled at by other people "Active Healthcare" has tried to fleece.*Note to company*Don't bother trying to leave a patronizing review saying thay you made multiple efforts to contact me to make me aware of the financial situation and my options. That is just not true.”
