I’ve been to Meineke 3 times in the past 6 months or so and every time has been amazing. The first was for a simple inspection, and I am fairly certain it’s the fastest inspection I’ve ever had. I usually drop my car off because Im impatient and don’t want to waste my time sitting there, but these guys had me in and out in literally under 15 minutes.The second time I brought my car to them was for a battery replacement. Again, I received the same amazing, fast and friendly service.My car is at that 100k mark and after having it for 6 years with literally zero problems, I found myself needing a new alternator shortly after my battery replacement.I called around to about 8 different shops to get estimates and Meineke gave me the same quote as about half of them— which also turned out to be the lower quote. Not only did they do the work in a very timely manner, but they also went the extra mile to replace my recently new battery that was still under warranty.As a single female, I sincerely dread having to deal with car repairs but I can honestly say this is one of (if not THE) best shops I’ve ever dealt with. They are kind, communicative, transparent, fairly priced and they truly make you feel seen and taken care of, without taking advantage. They always answer the phone and have never put me on wait for more than like 30 seconds. They always call back quickly whenever there’s an update. And they have gone above and beyond to spend time explaining to me what they’re doing it, why they’re doing it, and what the exact prices are.Not one time that they’ve opened my hood have they tried to sell me anything other than exactly what I went in for— and what the solitary problem was. They’ve even gone the extra mile every time and put air in my leaky tires.I never write reviews, but the service here stood out as so exceptional that it only felt right to share my experiences.Highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

Let’s start with the good. Rick at the service desk was great. Nice, personable, a polite. I dropped my car off for oil change and inspection.Now the bad, the first call I got after dropping it off was to tell me the technician heard a clicking sound when applying brakes on back tires. I haven’t heard anything or my family but trust them. They wanted to take off and investigate I agreed and this of course cost more money which I understand. They were not going to pass the car if they couldn’t which I understand. 2nd call I get is telling me that the pads are fine, hardware, and mounting as well, but there is a minor shift due to brake calipers, they wouldn’t know if just changing the calipers would fix problem and such, so need to change everything. Yep this went from $130-$240-$1300! At first I was hesitant, but thought I am going to have to do it so gave go ahead. I am so thankful my Significant Other told me to tell them to hold off and call AAA. Should have done this before, but I forgot we have them as I haven’t had to use them. I called AAA and was told it the situation sounded weird. Told meineke to just keep as is, as I picked it up, I was told “ THE BACK BREAK ISSUE IS A GRAY AREA”…. took report to AAA today, They did full inspection, took pictures of everything they inspected and state of those items. Back breaks were fine, interesting part was front brake pads, are close to needing to be changed, however I have some time. Totally and Fully feel like they were going to take me for what they could at Meineke.

Rob & the team took fantastic care of me! I literally had my gas pedal fall off (not of their fault!) and they were able to turn it around for me within two days!!

They failed my car for inspection for something it shouldn't have failed for and wanted $2300 to fix it when other shops charge $1200-$1500 to do the same repair.

I was having a problem with my car leaking antifreeze...After reading the reviews of Meineke, I scheduled an appointment on line. Rob and the other gentleman I spoke with were friendly and professional. I was informed of what they would be doing in checking the car, and I received a clear explanation of what the problem was and exactly what was necessary, including cost, to have repaired. My appointment was later in the afternoon; however, the parts were ordered, delivered and repairs started. My car was ready for pick up early the next morning. I am very pleased with everything, and Meineke Car Care Center will be where I go for future work on my car!!

I really didn’t want to do this review. I really didn’t. This one hurts. I’ve been using this place for 15 years. Very hard to find a mechanic you trust. When this Meinike was ran prior to the new owners, it felt like family. Parts were good and service was top notch. Since I’ve had to return both cars a couple times in past because parts installed were cheap and disastrous. This past month, I needed new brakes and rotors. I paid around $1000 for what I thought was quality. First round of rotors was worse than what I came in for. They shook when breaking. Obvious signs of worn rotors. That was change number 1. Those replacements still shook and vibrated when breaking. Took the car back and was assured by management it was bad parts from the vendor based in a test drive. No problem. Let’s replace them so we did. After a test drive, I was told you have smooth breaks. The second replacement was worse. Going down the interstate I almost lost control of my car with my family inside the vehicle because the braking of the new rotors was so bad. My family was put at risk because the 2nd round of rotors were so bad. I called and talked to the people at the front desk and was told you got another bad batch and we are ordering you new rotors. Apparently I was told they have been changing these new rotors out because they were bad over these last year and the parts would be ordered. I took the car back for a 3rd round. When getting there, I was told the parts didn’t get ordered but we have the best rotors. They put the new rotors on and those did work just fine. I asked to have the owner call me so we could talk about a refund because my family was put at risk by parts that almost ran us off the road. The manager said he would have owner call me. That never happened. Three weeks later I called and was told by the manager that he would not be telling the owner about this experience and that he was not “ accessible”. The manger then said he would not give any refund and was unwilling to do so. “Can’t control what parts you get to put on the car”Tristan and Rob have been nothing but good to me. Tristan is the best thing about this place. He is my guy. Those two are corner stones of that location and I nothing bad to say. This review does not reflect them at all.I don’t want to fire this location as my car place and take my friends and family business somewhere else because today proved….”I can’t control the parts I get” and I don’t matter. I still would love to speak to the owner. This is hands down the worst experience from a 15 year detected customer I’ve experienced. Very conflicted.

The crew who took care of me was amazing! They were very professional and very, very friendly. They took care of my issue (a replacement of my headlight bulb) in less than thirty minutes, didn't try to upsell me on my brakes and even gave me some additional advice regarding how to remedy some other issues on my vehicle, which actually worked! It was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back for any future maintenance.

Went in for a quick oil change, I brought my laptop and worked remotely from their lobby area (free wifi), and they were done with my car in less than an hour. Friendly, reliable and helpful staff. I have no reason not to keep coming back.

I will say they have good customer service. Also, they have great budget Friendly oil changes. But that also means budget friendly oil. Cars performance noticeably terrible since, hence the 3 stars.
