Okay so I usually go to the one by Walmart but was in a hurry won't let that happen again!!! What's wrong with this guy!?! So creepy!!! I spent the entire time just trying to fend off his creepy advances!!!! SERIOUSLY drive the extra 2 minutes up the road the staff at the Walmart location is SO MUCH BETTER!

Gross man in black jacket was highly inappropriate with me, while lying grey tshirt guy tried forcing me to get a new line when I just wanted to upgrade one phone on my family plan. Tried charging $800-900 for a phone upgrade when advertising says $49.99 with upgrade. Black jacket guy kept creeping up behind me and kept calling me sweetie in a very creepy way. I dashed out and was super UPSET! I don't feel safe going in their again.Not sure what happened to Metro PCS but worth every penny of cost to leave them!

Omg ms Ashley greeted me and offered to assist me with the service I needed as soon as I walked in their store. Ashley so patiently met every need I needed to get my iPhone service up and running especially because this is my first time using iPhones. I literally didn’t have to do anything. I’m so thankful because I was highly depressed and unable to function, so her service her patience her skills her knowledge was such a blessing to my stressful day.
