Went into this Glenwood store wanting to sing up for the TMobile Internet. The gentleman told me he could not allow me to sign up unless I had a TMobile cell line and proceeded to try to sell me lines. After contacting other TMobile stores, there is NO requirement for cellular lines. Kinda seedy at this location

I love how you over charged me for a device switch then when I paid the bill in store with you AT THE SAME TIME it never made it to the account. The only thing that showed up in the payments was the device switch but the other 50 dollars for the bill is completely gone. my phone was off in less than a day. I WILL BE BACK TO SEE YOU. I SEE WHY THE REVIEWS ARE TRASH.

My grandmother and I went in to pay a bill and the man there would not service us. We had to wait over 20 min with no explanation as to why. He was rude and unhelpful.

Absolutely wonderful Muhammad was fantastic if I can give him 20 Stars I will, if you need help buying or updating your phone. Go see for yourself, you will leave the store happy and not feeling you had been taken advantage of, THANK YOU MUHAMMAD!

Brian and Ashley saved my life i dash for a life my phone died and i dash for a living and i came in panicking and they gave me muy options and i walked out with a new phone they are AWESOME and the customer service was better then i have had in a very long time . They both deserve a raise

I had the most wonderful experience and it was all because of Brian and Laura! I went to the store with the intent of getting a basic no Bells or whistle phone. I could have went to Verizon however I just didn't want to deal with the wait and basic service. I got the phone thY I wanted and needed with out a contract and without the cost that I have with Verizon. I will be mo in my Verizon family plan over to Metro by T-Mobile thank you to both Brian and Laura for their patience and knowledge and expertise it was a pleasure and great experience!

Best experience I have ever had at Metro was with Brian. I have been a metro customer for 7 years and he is awesome. He was well knowledgeable about my service and my account. Very pleasant smile greeted each customer and was very patient. When I did not know my code he helped me I really appreciate it. Above and beyond service I got today thanks.
