Bought a smart watch online, went to the store to get the link removed. Guy at the door said they don’t do it on weekends ?. It was a 30 min drive one way. Such a waste of time.

Purchased a bag two days with CalebTrentham (store manager). Today when seeing my bag I come to notice there were some scratches in the bottom of the bag. They have sold me a display bag! I called the store immediately and spoke to sales supervisor,Emilia Ala- Mattinen, to see if they can provide me a new bag or a refund. She said to come in the store to see what she can do. When i went to the store she looked at the bag and said sorry cant do nothing, im like can you atleast give me a new bag she said no we have none ARE YOUR KIDDING ME? I got this bag 2 days ago and nothing can be done.I asked for a refund she said no can’t do that. The bag that was sold to me like that with scratches. Is this how yall treat your customer?? How unprofessional. Its disgusting.

I bought multiple bags online sale. I have to have some of them returned due to unexpected colors. Mr.Maleek was the store agent helped with my returning process. At beginning he asked for printed receipt. I didn’t print any receipt and I Couldn’t find a printer nearby in the mall. I had to went through all my emails to locate order numbers. After I found the order numbers, the agent had to key in their system and the system didn’t let him do scanning those digits. It was said the system was outdated. It was pain for both the store and customers. I spent about one hour in the store for doing returning. It was my history record in my returning experience with many stores! Thanks to Mr. Maleek for being nice through this whole process. Hope Michael Kors updates the returning system and don’t count returning into the store sales performance. This will be good for customers relationship in long run.

My aunt bought this beautiful watch for me in December 2022. Taylor was our sales rep. She was patient while we were picking which styles I wanted. Some links needed to be removed. Unfortunately the links never made it to my bag and when I realized it was missing, 2 days have gone by. I called the store, spoke to Taylor and she told me the links were accidentally thrown away. Caleb, the store supervisor, said he'll take care of getting my links back somehow.I called back 2 weeks later to follow up, spoke to Emilia Ala-Mattinen and she said she had found my links! We coordinated a day for me to pick them up.

This isn’t a review of the products or the store as a whole, just the representative I dealt with for our return. A young guy told me that I had to have my return slip printed in order to do a return when the email states “if you don’t have access to a printer bring this email with you”. He read it and moved on. Then he wanted the physical card I made the purchase with. Told him I bought it online and didn’t use a physical card. Then he got snarky and said “well if you don’t have a card then how did you make the purchase then??”. Apple Pay? The numbers are stored online. Showed him my Apple Pay matched the receipt, he moved on. Then he wanted me to confirm my initial purchase receipt to match the return slip I had already brought. Sure here you go. He finally processed the return. I smiled and said thanks so much! He wouldn’t look at me and just mumbled “mmhmm”. Don’t know if he’s having a bad day or they are trained to not want to accept returns but the store should hold some customer service training.

Enjoyed Michael kors I went in to see the prices of purses but you have to be really rich to afford one which with my income I just looked.

This sture was very cozy & quiet for it to be inside of a mall. Staff was very helpful, informative, patient & polite. I'd definately recommend this store to everyone.#5*****
