Visited this clinic for the first time recently and was seen by NP Alexandra Black. She is wonderful. Try to go on the weekends (Friday - Sunday) when she's working!

The CVS Team was great at getting me the influenza vaccine. They were very busy and still courteous. Especially Amanie.

Called to ask Minuteclinic if they have pharmacists who can write covid antiviral medications after my primary care didn’t respond before the weekend. Navigated a nonintuitive phone menu to land at CVS customer service who didn’t know the answer to that somehow, and instead of finding out, transferred me to minuteclinic (allegedly) to which the hold continued for 30+ minutes during open hours. It’s abundantly clear why CVS ratings are so awful.

I scheduled an appointment at the MinuteClinic for a flu shot, arrived on time, and completed the phone check-in as instructed. I then waited for 25 minutes, but no one came out to assist me. I checked in a second time through the device in the waiting area and continued to wait, but still, no one showed up. I even missed work for this appointment, only to leave disappointed and without the service I had scheduled. It’s incredibly frustrating to arrive on time and not receive any attention or communication from the staff.

The minute clinic at CVS is super efficient and the staff that I have dealt with have all been friendly and helpful. I went to get vaccinations but have been here for minor colds in the past.

NP Iesha Mallette was not compassionate and wasted my time as well as my money. Spent 168$ for her to not give me antibiotics when I clearly have strep, stating I have to wait 2-3 days for the culture to come back. Then advised me to go to the ER if it gets worse as if I have another 100$ to spare.Found a different provider not affiliated with CVS, tested and received my prescription for only 40$.I will never return here again

I saw Chelsea, nurse practitioner, and she was amazing. Very attentive and kind. But whoever the lady was who took my vitals & test was very rude about the procedure for providing my insurance card. It was my first time to minute clinic ever, and didn’t realize they apparently don’t accept digital insurance cards. I misplaced mine and I was 45 minutes from home so digital was my only option and the intake lady was very rude about it. After my experience with that lady, I will go to another urgent care before coming back to a minute clinic if I can help it.

Chelsea is wonderful! Extremely personable and thorough. She spotted a suspicious looking bug bite (which I WASN’T being treated for) and began treatment for what she believed was Lyme disease. Highly recommend!

Anna Brey, She's a black PA, she is terrible. Rude for no reason, I would avoid her like the plague.

August, '22 Update: After the second trip there, I've reconsidered. I'd advise taking your child to a more kid-friendly place for care. This time the same nurses were curt and impersonal, perhaps they are burnt out. :( I imagine it would be fine for adults, but today they didn't seem to have the patience needed to give good care for young children.July, '22: I was nervous about getting care for my young children from a minute clinic, but we had a wonderful experience. Julianne and the other clinician—I missed her name—answered everyone of my many questions and made sure I was assured before leaving. Thanks for a great experience
