The physicians are always very nice. Shawna especially was great, talked through everything, and did not try to rush anything, five stars to her. Minuteclinic on the other hand, allowed 3 people to book the same time slot, and no longer shows the in clinic wait-list. The overbooking caused the physicians to be behind schedule and I had to wait an hour past my scheduled timeslot to be seen. They also used to show the estimated times and people in line on the checkin monitor/kiosk which was efficient and great for people on a tight schedule. Now we can only wait in the waiting area, not knowing when you will be seen.

I got there only 5 minutes behind schedule but the physician refused to see me for that day even if I wait.

Was able to make appointment online to arrive to a sign stating the clinic is closed. No reschedule notice or any other notification given. Obvious staffing issues at this location and a sub-par scheduling system.

Clinic opens at 9 on Saturdays. Nurse wasn't there for our appointment at 9:30 and still wasn't there at 10am. Didn't get a cancellation/reschedule notice. My child was freaking out the whole time bc it was their second Covid shot.Also the first vaxx appointment was extremely subpar.Wish I could give zero stars.

My experience was excellent here!Dr. Wang was super friendly and eager to help. I was skeptical at first but she did a fantastic job. By far easiest experience visiting a clinic.

Please do not go here! It was awful and the experience was awful! After waiting for 52 min and no one was there but the system said to wait 52 min, the nurse practitioner Alicia had the nerve to call another patient in who still had another 17 min to wait. I was so upset and told her I am next and showed her the screen that plainly showed I was the next patient. Alicia the nurse practitioner had the nerve to tell me to wait he will only take 5 min... I told I am only taking 5 min. When I finally got into the room it smelled like feces and Alicia never washed her hands to used sanitizer. I didn't even sit down in her chair because the smell was making me nauseas. I literally left that office with a sore throat! Don't ever go here!

If you are looking for a place that can properly utilize the online waitlist option, do NOT go here. The PA or NP at this location does not efficiently see patients in a timely manner. I used the online option to get a place in line and when I got there on time (actually 10 minutes early), it said I had a 26 minute wait, so I would be seen by 12:40. That isn’t terrible seeing that it is a walk in service, so I waited. It turned into a 34 minute wait after one patient already left. After waiting the 34 minutes and with no one else waiting, it turned into an hour and a half wait. The physician on call was not helpful when I asked her about it and I will not be going back to this location.

I went here at 4:30 on a Sunday. No wait time which was nice. The provider was really polite and friendly. She wrote me a prescription and i was able to get it from the prescription counter right when I walked out of the appointment. I would definitely return if I needed an urgent care type visit in my area!

Visit went very well, very satisfied. I was worried about being there all day on a Friday, but was only there thirty minutes at the most. Took 5 minutes to sign myself in. The nurse Meghan was really nice and thorough with my exam. She got me in and out and didn't take a 15-20minute break between customers. Thanks minute clinic!

Client beware. I have typically had wonderful experiences with Minute Clinic. I feel that the providers are timely, careful to listen and pay attention to my concerns, and treat me with appropriate therapies. Unfortunately, however, I am no longer able to hold this establishment in such a high regard. For the past several months, I have been fighting a battle between my insurance company and Minute Clinic (which has unacceptable hold times of up to 45 minutes before speaking to any representative) for a claim that I was overcharged given the service received. Apparently, my simple visit for a common issue in primary care turned into me being charged a "specialist" copay of $70. Now mind you, I have visited Minute Clinic one time prior to this visit for the same issue and was not charged this copay. I am extremely dissatisfied and outraged by this dishonest and blatant overcharge for a "specialty" visit that never occurred. I write this review to warn others to ask prior to being seen by a provider if they will be charged a specialist copay so that you do not have to go through the same unnecessary stress that I have dealing with this issue. However, if this was a mistake made in error, I hope that Minute Clinic would provide me the justice I deserve with helping me sort out this claim immediately.
