Made an appointment for 2:20 PM. Arrived at the location and all the lights were off, the area was roped off, and not a soul was in sight. Thankfully, I was able to have my issue handled at the pharmacy, but this was just embarrassing for CVS.

Made a 10am appointment - was there by 9:55am - not one other person was there. Prina Edralin stayed in her office until 10:35am "making phone calls" as I sat there waiting. I literally had to say aloud, "HELLO!" to make sure she knew I was waiting.Once Prina Edralin finally popped out of her office, she gave a strep test which came back negative and sent me away with nothing.2 days later, I went to Urgent Care and diagnosed with tonsillitis! Even the doctor asked why I was not given an antibiotic from MinuteClinic ?!I am now being charged $144 for "establishing patient" ....Prina Edralin should be stripped of her medical license

Made an appointment in the morning for that afternoon to get a DOT physical. Those require a special doctor so you can’t just go anywhere. I get a missed call from them around 1:45 because I work in a warehouse so most phone calls go to voicemail. The voicemail says they have some preliminary questions so I called back and I could never get to a person. Was always an automated thing and then was on hold for so long I gave up because I needed to work. They call me back at 2:30 on my way to my appointment and tell me that special doctor isn’t in today and they can’t do it for me..I needed it done today and by that time, I had driven past all other minute clinics and none were taking any more appointments for the day. It screwed me over and I was very frustrated they didn’t call me earlier in the morning where I might have had the chance to reschedule. Won’t be going back.

Pretty much a waste of time. Went in for my husbands strep throat and they sent us to urgent care because she was too afraid to swab him due to tonsils swelling. She said if she swabbed him his throat could close up and he’d need intubated, which they don’t do here. But neither does urgent care! So wasted money and time here. Urgent care swabbed him the same as usual and we’re not alarmed by the swelling. Tested positive for strep. ended up paying two co pays for the same results. Don’t recommend.

Easy to make an appt. Ms.Raja quickly took me to the room. Inquired about my insurance and my I.D. She asked lots of questions about my situatio. She listened to what I had to say. Checked me out throughly. Gave my diagnosis advised me on meds and home care. Printed out my paper work. Called in my rx. She also rembered my son that I bought in a few wks. back when he was sick. She asked how he was doing. I recommend her at this clinic. Raja is nice caring and experienceed with helping people when they need her help.

Confirmed an appointment online for 12:24. 12:55 the nurse said she wasn't seeing me until after 2:00 because of a lunch break. Google says they close 1:30-2:00. But she sent me away twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment and 30 minutes before they close.

My wife and I have both been here several times for different things. I have been for an immunization, strep throat tests on two occasions, and most recently, to be tested for the flu. Service has always been great, fast, and easy. I love the opportunity to check in online rather than having to come to the location and wait, however, if you choose to go there to check in, it is inside Target, so you can always shop while you wait. I never look forward to being sick (does anyone!?!) but I will definitely be back here again.

I went yesterday to the clinic. I checked in online from home - and was given 5 minutes to arrive at the clinic. I hurried to get there on time. I didn't arrive within the 5 minute time frame and my slot was taken by the next patient. I had to wait an hour to be seen. This part was disappointing - but not unexpected as I had only made the appointment but a few minutes prior. The reason behind my rating - the nurse practitioner. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a doctor's room as I did yesterday. Not only was I greeted with a rude individual - but he proceeded to tell me that he planned to cancel the rest of his appointments the remainder of the day and obviously had no desire to be assisting me. He proceeded to cut me off - multiple times when I attempted to explain my symptoms. The worst part was the sex education talk (I was prescribed an antibiotic - where this subject came from baffles me) that he decided to give me at the end of the appointment and even disclosed his own experiences. I felt that he was extremely unprofessional and quite rude. I understand blunt personalities, but this was beyond that. I would recommend going elsewhere for care.
