Same day appointment made via online portal. Super easy to schedule. Good experience with Nurse Wanda and Rebecca Tucker, PA. Thorough assessment of sinusitis/ear infection issue. Also, CVS pharmacy promptly got my meds prepared. The entire process from walking into MinuteClinic to paying for my meds at the pharmacy took 50 min. Nice! But also note that I was the last patient seen for the day. Thank you so much, CVS staff!!

I was treated at the Minute Clinic recently, for an out of control cold and cough. I didn’t realize I had an ear infection as well, but the AP on-site noticed it immediately. I got prescription cough medication as well as an antibiotic for my ears. The PA was personable and I felt well-cared for. I’ll certainly go back.

Scheduled appointment for Pfizer booster shot. Got to the appointment and they only had the Moderna booster. This was a waste of time, drive, and unprofessional. Also, they had no way of finding any locations in Raleigh who offered the Pfizer. I won't return back to this location.

I have 2 experiences, one great, one terrible. My first time I was a walk in and they had appointments available within 15 minutes for my son and I to get flu shots. Based on that, I made an appointment for my wife to get a shingles vaccination. My shingles vaccination left me feeling like a train hit me so since my wife is off on Sunday we made an appointment for 4:50 on Saturday. We get there and they are closed. Confirmation number had expired. Very disappointing.

There’s no point in setting an appt. I made one and was still stuck in the waiting area for over 30 mins. Don’t think it’ll be a quick in and out. And nobody even took the time to say “We’ll be with you in a moment”. If you can. Go somewhere else unless you have time to kill

Don’t recommend. Scheduled test online for COVID. Got there early. Never received a call. Lady doing the testing said I was never there. I was waiting in the parking lot in the Designated parking areas. She look at me and blatantly ignored me. Then proceeded to tell me that my “ship has sailed” even thought this is her fault for not checking the parking lot

Schedule a COVID test online with confirmation code. Was told to Park in the assigned spots and wait for my call to come in and get tested. Over and hour as went by not one call. Lady who does the testing had an attitude saying I didn’t have one scheduled. I had an email with all the info saying I do she didn’t bother to figured it out or check my email to double check and closed the door. She said she didn’t see me in the parking lot but I was parked right next to the area as well she said look directly at me and kept walking. Very unprofessional and don’t recommended this testing site

I give up! Been trying for over an hour to make an appointment online and I keep going in circles. Phone greeting says they are not taking walk-in visits and you have to go online. Can't talk to anyone. Not worth the effort.

I came in wanting a strep test in December. Being the holidays, with a sore throat, I wanted to make sure what I had wasn't contagious around the little ones. I understand long wait times, it's the nature of the beast with these things (Even when you "check in" online). What I do NOT understand is when a patient leaves the room to take a phone call, and I'm called in, I get kicked out when the patient gets off the phone. One might think I should have just left at that point, but the PA had gotten my billing information, my contact information, etc. and I just needed a strep test. I had absolutely no trust in the P.A. at that point, but needed the test done so I was on the hook for sticking around.

I've visited twice for 2 different issues. I had excellent care both times. Recently, I went on Saturday after seeing the doctor on Thursday. After being on antibiotics for 2 days my symptoms were worse. I had a thorough evaluation and left with new medicine. I am feeling much, much better.
