I have been on hold for 2 minutes. This is the worst location. If you’re watching them walking around and chatting and no one waiting. That doesn’t look busy. Did I mention that I’m in the store.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONALI received a call less than two hours before my appointment (I scheduled it days prior). The caller asked me to clarify my reason for my appointment. I thought that this was strange because I had already filled out the precheck information. However, I told her my reasoning. She told me that the provider who performed that service was not in today and suggested that I go to urgent care. She mentioned that I could come into my appointment but that she would probably send me to an urgent care. #1 How lazy is this office to wait until the day of the appointment to tell me this after I have taken time from work. #2 How dare you to suggest that I go to another place to pay double if not triple the cost at an urgent care. #3 What an idiot suggests that I incur two different medical bills due to their incompetence…I will never make an appointment with this clinic or any other locations again

I went in as a walk-in without an appointment on 12/30/2022 and was told that they don’t do walk-ins and that I had to have an appointment. So, I made an appointment for 10:15 on 1/1/2023. I got there right at 10:15 and the clinician was already seeing someone. I waited until 10:37 and she finally got done with that person. She then informed me that she had canceled my appointment in order to take a walk-in since I did not arrive 15 minutes early, and that I would have to make another appointment or wait for a no-show.

I scheduled an appointment, and when I got there I was turned away, even after I showed the nurse a screenshot of my appointment. Service sucks!

Has anyone ever tried calling this place? Don't bother.

Easy appointment set up online. Arrived five+ minutes late and they still saw us. Friendly triage-type pre-appointment followed by excellent visit with Nurse Practitioner.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I originally made a Covid test appointment and then cancelled through their email reminder system since I found a place to test for free. They still charged my card and 8 weeks later, 5 phone calls and an email no one has give meMy $139 back yet. It’s despicable and I waited on hold another 45 mins to speak to a claims rep with Sedgwick and they never answered! Really disappointed!

Wasted my time, wouldn't issue an antibiotic, only wanted to sell me a flu shot.

Sarah was awesome. She was handling a lot of different things at once but always made me feel important and not like I was being forgotten about while I waited. The appointment was personable and informative. She even walked out with me after to find something over the counter that I needed. I was honestly surprised to have had such an awesome experience. I will make this my place to go when the random minor illness pops up!

I was seen quickly and was tested for strep throat. The rapid test and culture came back negative, yet my symptoms were worsening so I returned to the minute clinic the following day and my same Provider (Jean Harris) simply told me to rest, drink lots of water, and take over the counter medicine since both tests were negative. I explained that my symptoms were getting worse, but she said it's probably just a virus and will go away with time. Three days later I woke up in excruciating throat pain and went to my primary doctor instead, who diagnosed me with tonsillitis just by looking at my throat. I received a prescription shortly after and already feel better. The Provider at CVS should have taken a different approach and looked at alternative sicknesses and remedies to help me feel better. I am very disappointed with my treatment (or lack there of).

Please hire a receptionist that knows how to answer calls.

Do not waste your time or copay. I came here because I need to find a new doctor and didn't have time before I got sick. I paid a $25 copay for her to listen to me tell her my symptoms. Then she picked the one symptom I didn't really have as my reason for coming and prescribed medicine. Which I didn't go get since i didnt need it. Never again.

Had a minor rash on my arm as a skin reaction to a recent tattoo. There was a little wait to be seen, but this is not a issue with me because it is a walk-in service and there were people there before me. Fair is fair. The PA-C there, Jennifer, checked my arm (after the usual blood pressure, pulse, temp, breathe aounds) and offered a 5 day prednisone pack. She said I could use a cream but she didn't want to take any chance of messing up the tat. Very nice thought.

She messaged the pharmacy (the clinic is in a CVS) and I walked over to get the prescription, which was already filled. The check out person, Kendra, was absolutely wonderful. Nice, cheery, professional. Medical visit was $35, prescription was $12. Once I was called for my turn to be seen, the entire time was about 15 minutes.
