A friend suggested Dr. Hayes. BEST experience ever from any doctor. Staff was friendly and patient with me while choosing frames. I purposely drive 50 miles just to see him passing many MyEyeDr locations. Well worth it.

It’s bad service at all, I didn’t get my prescription from 2 weeks ago and call the office like 5 or 7 times they said we will fixed but they don’t so so so bad

I made an appt and put in my insurance information. I got a text 3 days before my appt to confirm and I confirmed. I got a text the day before my appt about how they look forward to seeing me blah blah. I get to my appt 15 min early just to be told I don’t have an appt because they had a discrepancy with my insurance. Girl said I had Medicaid. I don’t and I know for a fact I put in my insurance because I got my insurance card to put the info in. Then she lied and said they called but couldn’t reach me. I looked in my phone and checked voicemails. That was another lie. If there was an issue why confirm my appt the day before? I drove an hour there. I believe they double booked and tried to use that for an excuse. I’ll be using my platform to let everyone know do NOT go there!

I will say that: professional people. Meticulous, punctiual, observant. Everything is done timely and in accordance with medical guidelines.Dr. Hayes took time to explain exam results and what everything that I see on the screen means.Didn't kick me out when it was closing time and I was still finishing up with the business. I am certainly coming back whenever I need something done for my eyes.

Dr. Hayes has raised the standard for bedside manner - whoever he is speaking to in the moment is the most important person in the world, and although we had a delayed start to my appoint I thought nothing of it during my exam with him. The team compensated by being quick in their check in/check out, and was also very friendly and professional. Dr. Hayes talked me through the important details of my eye exam and why it matters, and the consultant helped me process through my insurance coverage options in frames/lenses. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for top notch customer service!

If I could give them a negative star rating i would. I was told that due to a glitch in the system I was double booked with the person who apparently is more money than I am to them. I attempted to order contacts online because my prescription was expiring in the week following the glitch...how convenient. Also I made several attempts to contact the office and the doctor to confirm with the other company that I was trying to order from...to no avail. When I finally drove across town to get the Dr to confirm the prescription, not available. I was given a trial pair of contacts that were not my prescription and shoved out the door. Consequently my prescription expired and I have not stopped being bombed by email reminders that I need a new appointment... I was told I could come back to get the correct ones and I was planning on seeing the Dr to get the entire package for the new exam and get some contacts and glasses. Long story short i called in a desperate attempt to get the contacts and the woman that answered the phone was rude, condescending and she refused to listen to what I had going on. I tried to appeal to her inner empath and clearly there was none. My glasses broke and I work security and drive for Lyft. She said it was illegal to give me another pair because my prescription was expired. I asked to speak with the supervisor or Dr and I was told that they were not there. After a few quotes from the notes on file she said she was going to hang up on me. I think her name was...it doesn't matter what her name is. Unproductive, unprofessional and unimpressed. Thank you for letting me know what you think about the people who have been loyal to you for years. Green Rd... mean road

This was my first appointment at this location due to me being new to the Raleigh area . Dr Hayes is soooooo sweet. He’s so sing songy and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Definitely recommend anyone to come and see him :)

Formerly See NC Eyecare, this location is one of the best establishments I have gone to for all things vision.Dr. Black and staff are friendly, straightforward and efficient.They always greet us warmly when we arrive, and I have never experienced a more helpful Optician than the one on staff here.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the great and wonderful services my wife recieved from the staff at My Eye Doctor on Green Road in Raleigh. The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment and the doctor had a fever so I rescheduled for the next available appointment two weeks out.The day of my appointment I was stuck in some kind of 540 traffic and arrived 15 min after my appointment time. I was the last appointment for the night and the Doctor would not see me. When I walked in he would even look up.1- I left work early. 2- drove in pouring rain. 3- I used up my gas which gas is very expensive right now. 4- I would have made my initial appointment if you didn’t cancel it!!!Customer service sucks as well as the so called Doctor! To be honest….. changed insurance and the place I previously went to doesn’t accept my new insurance.Don’t waste your time going here! I’m very big on customer service and the customer service here is like that of a wet rock!!!!

By far the worst place to do business, and I will make sure my friends and family to know that this place is not a place to do business. They lay of customer services worst than calling spectrum. and using polite terms they tell you “you are a liar” and they wont help you to make things rights, instead they told me “ we can refund you and do business elsewhere, we do not care about you, bye” Do not WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Go else where they value your sucess for the sake of customer retention.. this place lacks of that, purely do not care about you.. Hope anyone I know for the last time they do business with this company… The General Manager needs softkills training and need Dale Carnegie training to alleviate the situation, since he has no training at all, beside cheap time-shared training that engage you to buy something worthless and then blames you, and tells you a liar since you originally got better deal elsewhere with 100000% better treatment, plus uses the other personnel like you are a another "karen customer" so I felt out number, but... its fine, I do not lower myself, I feel sorry for him and his cheap leader training. Byeee!!!
