Out of all their employees they have 1 notary . Last week I asked what days she is in and I was told she was supposed to be in but didn’t show up for work and I came back this week and the same girl told me she doesn’t work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It would have been great if that was communicated to me last week instead of coming here twice for no notary

Worst banking speed of service, ever. You could have multiple people waiting for service, but associates aren't attentive and unconcerned with assisting.

It doesn't make any sense to have only one banker in the branch. The banker went inside leaving customs waiting for her. There are 8 people walking around.

I deposited $20,000 into my debit account and did a credit transfer of $3000. And then all of that money disappeared. The credit union thinks I’m broke and I am because I can’t pay any bills right now.

Went in today to pick up my cashiers check before a scheduled flight. I was told I couldn’t use my temp license I have from the dmv after renewing recently. Mind you this is the form of ID I show them every month! Today I was told that it’s not a id it’s a drivers license what?? How is it they’ve been accepting my license all these years which that’s the only identification I have. It’s not the customers fault that The NCDMV is super backed up with printing hard copies of drivers license. I was told I wouldn’t have my hard copy until July/August! I would think the bank would have to take notice and allow that to happen since it’s a state issue at the moment. Every month until august I can’t get any cashiers checks made for this reason. This is a huge inconvenience with branch rules.

They've redone their website and it's almost impossible to pay bills. It looks like it was designed by a manga artist, with big puffy icons that would appeal to 12 year olds, but they take up the whole site and make it hard to use. The account page doesn't show upcoming transactions in Billpay, which they've hidden. Finally, though NFCU brags about serving service members, it doesn't have locations in most of my state, so I have to drive an hour to get anything done.
