I love going to North Raleigh Medical Center. The team is always glad to see me and that makes me feel very welcome.Dr. Sachdeva is a wonderful doctor. In my 60 years of being on this Earth, she has been the best, most patient, knowledgeable doctor I’ve had. Her attention to detail and caring demeanor make me feel like she really cares about me. It’s always a pleasure to go there.

Saw online dr sachdeva was accepting primary care patients at this location (which happens to be an urgent care office). Office staff scheduled an appointment with the doctor. When I arrived I was advised the doctor did not come in office most days and that her pa was either on vacation or working elsewhere that day. Maybe not the best to have a primary care doctor/pa at an urgent care facility anyways.

Dr Alka Sachdeva is a great Physician. She is very caring good hearted. Emily Crosson PA is equally good and very helpful. They make a great team. We really enjoy going to the new location in Wakefield.

I have been of patient of the North Raleigh Medical Center for almost 15 years. The staff always has been welcoming and accommodating. I enjoy the convenience of the walk-in clinic for my family's needs. Both Dr. Alka and Emily provide comprehensive yet compassionate care. I really enjoy the new location in Wakefield.

UPDATE:It's been about a year now since I saw Dr. Sachdeva last. Although the building has filled out, I was able to find parking quickly. I made it to my appointment and was greeted by her staff and again, Dr. Sachdeva came in, sat down and made me feel like I was a priority. She answered all my questions. We talked about adjustments to my health plan and I feel good about the steps we're taking to improve my health.PREVIOUS REVIEWGetting into to see the Dr was easy and the staff was courteous. The office is brand new and was clean and parking was easy. Dr. Sachdeva was thorough and explained all of my options and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated that.

I recently got the flu from my children and went in to see Dr. Sachdeva because I just couldn't get rid of my cough. Dr. Sachdeva came in, sat down and answered all my questions and quickly sent in my prescription so that I could get back to work. She was thorough yet quick and I appreciate that in my PCP. The office is clean, and parking was convenient.

Our family has been going to North Raleigh Medical Center for years. Alka Sachdeva MD and Emily Crosson PA have provided excellent and attentive care. They take the time to listen to my health concerns and are very patient. The office has great follow-up with lab results, etc. concerning any issues. Their new office in Wakefield is beautiful, up to date, and offers very convenient parking.

Dr. Sachdeva and the entire staff are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Sachdeva, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. Also, when he knew my medication was expensive on my insurance, he looked up what competing pharmacies charged with GoodRX and printed me out the prices – saved me lots!

Very thankful for the flexibility of the staff. I had a family Conflict for my scheduled appointment and they were able to rearrange their day and came back from lunch early to help make sure that I was able to be seen. Super thankful for Kaitlyn in the front office for all of her help and kindness. As always, Emily was super easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions.
