Storage area is kept up. The little plywood walls in my unit are falling down. Easy in and out. Reaching a live person is pretty impossible. I recently was set up an auto pay then all sudden I wasn't. Tried many, many, many times to find out why via phone.The phone answers then when it prompts to speak with someone it just hangs up on you. Tried to pay through the phone. Same issue. Paid over a week ago online and today just got confirmation they received my payment. That was frustrating and still same issue. Prices are fair compared to the maket.

I have been using NRPersonal Storage for 11 months. On (3) separate occasions I have not been able to get into the facility to access my property because the codes didn’t work. One of those times I could not get anyone on the phone because they are “closed” on Sunday and Monday. It has been one issue after the next. No one takes accountability for the gate issues and says “we are working on transitioning code systems” and “we are having problems with the gate”. Neither of which has anything to do with me. Fix those problems. I don’t care. When you charge my bank account $102 on the first of each month it IMMEDIATELY DEBITS my money. Do not use this facility to store your property. The gate is wide open 50% of the time and when it is closed you have a high probability that your gate code will not work to enter the facility. Terrible accountability on the storage facility side. I am a business owner, and if I were running this business, I would be so incredibly disappointed in myself as a person. Do better

Very professional and competitively priced. It was easy to sign up and received great service from Ansel and John. The original 10x50 space assigned was not too convenient for getting my pontoon boat parked so they quickly re-assigned to a better located new space within an hour. Can't beat the price to store a boat in a secure location with a 24x7 camera monitored electronic accessed fenced in area.

Unit was clean and customer service was excellent and quick to reply after hours when I was not able to get gate code to work they provided me a new code immediately i will use them again the next time i need a storage unit

I have been very satisfied with Albert at North Raleigh personal storage. Originally I had to move from another state to here, so I put things in storage. Albert made the process simple for me with no issues. Another thing worth noting is that with the company having Sean Albert onsite it actually makes me feel better. Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. Im a business person myself so i truly appreciate when a business goes the extra mile for its customers. Thanks Sean Albert and personal storage!

Good Chinese buffet. A lot of selections. I eat too much when I go there. That's my only complaint. Food's good. I'd give it a try.
