I stopped in Office Depot today, looking for a box. I was willing to purchase one, but they did not have the size I needed. I had checked several other places. I did see a box behind the counter and asked the mousy little clerk if I could purchase it. She said she would have to ask her supervisor. She did and I explained to the supervisor that I had searched for a box and was unable to find what I needed and I was willing to purchase the box. It was holding empty boxes, which were not folded. She said if the original clerk said it was OK then I could have it
I asked very nicely but she whined, with great big eyes, like she was scared to death. I told her the empty boxes could rest against the wall, where the box I needed was. I, nor any mber of my family or circle of friends EVER step foot in the Office Depot on Falls of the Neuse Rd
again. I have respect for anyone that can make decisions and handle things that pop up in retail. This little mouse is just not much use in this position. She will never step up, never go out of her way to help people or never do anything she is not specifically instructed to do.
This is a perfect example of people not knowing HOW to think or solve problems. Her name was Kristina, or Christina. Good luck sweetie. Someone please explain that problem solving is a skill she will need.

Had a chair marked $110 off, but when I went to ring up they told me the sale ended yesterday and they wouldn't honor their marked price. So, I left with no chair.

The managers are very rude and inconsiderate to anyone’s projects and time. The 2 ladies in the copy and print were very nice and helped as much as possible. But the 2 male managers were unprofessional, impatient and not very knowledgeable about help the situation putting pressure on the workers but not helping lightening their load.

I was returning a charging cable that had been purchased the week before. It did not work. I did some troubleshooting by trying different plugs. No success. When I returned the to store where it was purchased, I was informed that, although I had the receipt, they would not accept either a return nor exchange without the original packaging. Nowhere on the receipt is this policy stated. I have returned items (rarely) during the 10+ years I have been patronizing this store. Never before has there been a problem.

Went in here with my fiancée looking at desks. Why are the desks here so expensive? I seriously don't understand why they were so expensive??? After we decided to get his desk somewhere else, I went to get some expo markers and an eraser. However, when I get near the checkout, there were no employees at the registers. The only employees I saw were two standing with their backs faced against me and were "busy" helping another customer (even though they were only talking with her). After standing there for a couple minutes, I decided to put the items back and leave. This is honestly ridiculous and so unprofessional. Do better Office Depot.

The employee with the beard and ponytail was extremely not helpful, constantly sighing, rolling his eyes, and saying things under his breath as he walked away! I wanted white logo printed on clear Avery labels. It took 30 mins just to get the email through than he said I can’t print white on white which left me confused because the labels are clear so there’s no white on white. After an hour and a half of going back-and-forth he eventually states that they have laser printers which don’t print in white! Had he said that when I stated it was white I wouldn’t have sat there over an hour waiting dealing with rude behavior!

I really don't know how they can have a place like this with open service, the first thing is that the most horrible service of my life, not paying attention to the customer, the only woman who is serving in the afternoon is a brunette with a service Terrible, it lasted 3 hours just for a photo and in the end they didn't give it to me the way I wanted, I don't understand how in a free country there can be so much discrimination, the truth is that they should unite their voices and close this place, not even because I was with my baby for 6 months trying to help me. At the end, even the baby became stressed and started crying. If you cannot have highly trained staff, do not have a service business. If I could give it less than a star I would give it to you

I found ink cartridges at Office Depot online for a very old adding machine. Their price was very low ($5.29 for both cartridges) and they didn't even charge for shipping! Received them 2 days later. Very happy.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding manager at your Falls of Neuse store. Roland went above and beyond to assist me with a last-minute project for my son. Although he couldn't help in his store, he promptly called another location and successfully assisted me. Roland is truly an exceptional manager and person.
