Food was good. Took a while to get prepared (my table, which already had my drink and napkins on it) got cleared while I was up getting my food!). Kiosk ordering leaves a lot to be desired. Just stand in line.

Received an open, taped up bag of chips. The bag was clearly opened, and another bag was cut open and placed on the bottom and taped on with green tape. The inside had a ton of green tape as well. This is horrible! This should not have been given out to a customer! Throw out open food!

I recently had a rather frustrating experience at this Panera Bread location. They have mobile order drive thru. Despite using the mobile order service to save time, I found myself facing poor service and a lack of preparedness from the staff.I placed my order at 1:05 PM and received a notification stating that my order would be ready at 1:17 PM. Following the prompt, I got in line and was at the window by 1:30, only to discover that my order was not prepared when I reached the window. While I understand delays can happen, the situation worsened when the staff member informed me that they had 20 orders on their screen, none of which were mine. Surprisingly, they didn't ask for my order number, only my name.Feeling pressed for time as I needed to return to work, I requested a refund. Strangely, it was only after this request that they asked for my order number. Although I received a refund, the inconvenience didn't end there. I later received an email confirmation that my order was ready, adding to the confusion and frustration.For a service that prides itself on convenience, this experience was far from it. I hope Panera Bread addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience with mobile orders at this particular location.

Yesterday, 1/4, 2pm. I choose a Pick 2: onion soup and chicken salad ; and bread.The salad was 1/2 the bowl and plenty of croutons.The soup had 15 croutons !The bread, part of a baguette, was as hard as a rock.Far from a good lunch.Tables were dirty from previous costumers: it was not easy to found a clean one.

They get backed up easily so I try.not to go during lunch time or dinner. In-between it's cool. Lots of room to sit do computer things and coffee pastries are good

I frequent several different Panera Breads. This is the only one I've ever been to where they shut the lights off in the lobby 10 minutes before they close and kick you out. Every other Panera Bread allows you to wrap up what you doing within an acceptable time frame. Very disappointing.

***DO NOT ORDER MOBILE PICKUP FROM THIS PANERA LOCATION!!!!***Today I had one of the WORST experiences at any restaurant I’ve ever visited. I placed a mobile pickup order for TWO items and waited in the pick up like for over an hour along with 8+ other cars. After waiting for over an hour, when I FINALLY reached the pick up window and they had not even began prepping my order. When I asked where my order was and why they were backed up, NO ONE had an answer. My boyfriend went inside to find our order and noticed what looked like 20 people standing around waiting for their orders as well. They were equally frustrated and angry with the wait time. The cashier offered me a refund, claiming they would be UNABLE TO FILL MY ORDER I WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR. we were hungry, fed up, and furious that management would allow what is supposed to be a quick, convenient dining experience, to be that disorganized and low functioning. It was obvious the workers are completely scattered-brained and disorganized, and poor management is 100% to blame. Don’t waste your time like we did waiting for hours for a MOBILE PICK UP ORDER (placed 20 minutes before our arrival) just to be disappointed and sent away with no food. Disgraceful.

My second time coming here and slow doesn't even begin to describe it. This is a mobile pick up location meaning you either order on the app ahead of time or you go inside to dine in or take your order home. This location seems to be unable to handle the bandwidth that comes through here. First time I ordered here I was closer to the restaurant so I wasn't surprised the order wasn't ready when I arrived. But I was very surprised that after 20 minutes of waiting the order still wasn't ready. I was told when I finally went to the window that there were 8 orders still to be made ahead of mine and to pull forward and wait. I asked for a refund and that took awhile but he finally was able to process the refund and was apologetic. I thought maybe this was a one off experience, so today I ordered when I was a little over 20 minutes away. I arrive here, and the order is still not ready and I've been waiting at least 10 minutes and will probably have to wait longer. It is absurd to be a mobile pick up location and the wait is like this. There will be no thirds times a charm here for me to see if wait time improves at this locatiob. This location is done for me.
