manager Melissa decides that she's only going to accept certain bills in her tender that she feels that's acceptable if it's anything defective other than the proof of legitimacy by the marker she feels as if she has the right to decline customers of their service.
When I asked Melissa for her store number and her corporate number so that I can make a formal complaint about her service in the way that she treated me she told me that I was no longer welcome into the store and that I could get out so now I feel as if I am trespassing when I come to a store that I spent a lot of money at all the time and all of a sudden now I'm asked to leave only because my money doesn't look the way she wants it to.

Had a store code for 30% off. They had the two different large bags of dry dog food I was looking for. I was in and out in 5 minutes and saved a chunk of money in the process. Great experience altogether!

The management was called to help from one of the employees whom i gave information regarding an online order. The manager came off impatient and livid for no reason not giving a moment to understand even the simplest request. recommend management take some sort of breathing exercise before helping anyone.

My son wants to have bearded dragon, so we went to check. The staff heard our discussion, helped with info sheet. They are very helpful. Not many pet options but variety of supplies are amazing.

Staff are usually friendly but there is a lot of turnover. More live animal sales these days compared to other big box pet stores. Limited offerings as they seem to highlight their store brand more.

I love that they have a self service dog bath station. I live in Youndsville and drive there just for that. I also get my dogs a treat there when we go.

I was so disappointed to see this store sells live animals. A lonely little chinchilla all by himself with nobody to clean his eyes. It's 2025 and you're still selling ROUND bird cages :( Why?
I understand pet stores sell cheap junk because it makes more profit, but selling a round cage doesn't cost you less than one with corners. A pet store chain surely has the knowledge of what is good and bad for animals, so what could possibly be your reason for selling tiny animal cages and particularly round bird cages?
I visited out of convenience, but as long as you continue selling animals I will not come back.

The staff is always friendly and professional.The Holly Park store in Raleigh is well stocked and attractive--and handy with convenient parking. We love those funny pet-theme greeting cards that the store stocks. Our tabby cat sends a lot of them!

Took my pet to Pet Supplies for a wash and was treated nicely. I like the fact that they have shampoo available even though I brought my own. The only negative I have is that I was given a towel that was supposed to be clean, but upon using it, it was full of dog hair. I also brought my own towel. Otherwise nice store
