I recently drove 30 minutes to your establishment for the advertised happy hour nail trim service for my dog, which was promoted as being available from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. However, upon arrival—well before 5:00 PM—I was turned away, despite the service still being within the stated hours. If availability is dependent on how busy the business is, that should be clearly communicated on the website to prevent wasted trips and inconvenience to customers. This lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating, and I encourage your business to provide clearer guidelines to ensure a more reliable and customer-friendly experience.

Petsmart was disappointing... Went there to get some toys for my cat, but everything there is really poor quality and cheap-looking. Whisker-City products are really not it... Despite this, it's still expensive!

Update to post below. The groomer was reprimanded by the store manager for taking five hours. Now magically notes are in my dog's records that he won't stand up so they won't groom him at any PetSmart. This is completely untrue as I've watched them groom him and he consistently stands up. One of the store manager said she would call me back and didn't. I can assure you this will be going to corporate.
Today I dropped my 7 lb. toy poodle off at 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment. The groomer said to come back at 2:30-2:45 to get my other dog's nails clipped and Perry would be ready. Perry wasn't ready and, though they'd clipped Mason's nails at Six Forks this girl was too afraid. Told to come back in another 35 minutes, Perry still wasn't ready. All the groomers but mine and all the other dogs were gone. After hanging out from 2:45 to 4:00 waiting, I asked for the manager. She went into grooming to address the issue and was there quite some time. About 4:30 Perry was finally given to me. This was just in time to hit traffic. I got home at 5:00 p.m. making me late for an event I was hosting!
Cheney, the manager, comped the grooming and offered to let me use the expired coupon on something. She handled it well. However, I won't be going back.

I've been traveling for the holidays and returned home today and my senior pugs need their prescribed Royal Canin dry food and I go to the door of this PetsMart at 601pm. They wouldn't consider even letting me purchase the above mentioned food for my senior pugs, because they're on "holiday hours", and closed 1 minute before I got to the door. Do better, PetsMart. The employee (female) was less than nice. She needs to go work somewhere that doesn't involve pets, because she's clueless, obviously doesnt care about pets and she's rude.

I purchased a bath and brush package that included 12 sessions for $279. After using 5 of them, the grooming salon refused service without a $15 upcharge for an express visit on the 6th visit without prior notice while I was dropping off. My dog needed the bath so I paid for it in the moment. Upon going to the store for a refund for the unused services, the store manager was only able to refund 3/12 bath and brushes even though I have 6/12 services remaining due to the system technicality of it being a buy 9 get 3 free bulk package. This makes the baths significantly more expensive than what I paid for (about double per bath than what was promised and paid for with the initial package including the express visit fees and not getting the extra three baths). I feel overwhelmingly scammed by the whole situation, especially considering the grooming sessions themselves were subpar to what was promised (never clipped the nails which were supposed to be included with the package). Also even though I have a receipt they claim to have switched to a new system and were not able to use my receipt. I just wanted 50% refund for using half of the services but petsmart did not honor this and only refunded me for 3 baths instead of the full 6. Can’t use the packages with out paying $15 more per visit. Also on my email receipt it says the Morrisville store but they made me go to the brier creek store specifically even though the service package was purchased online anyway. Never thought I would get scammed by such a reputable franchise. I will not be returning to Petsmart or any of their affiliate services.

I dropped my dog off at 2:15 PM. I got a call back by 230 and was told my dog had bit someone so I had to come back to pick him up. (My dog had never bitten anyone). Once I arrived, I asked who did my dog bite so that I can give my sincere apology and the groomer stated that he didn’t bite, he was attempting to. What a huge difference and such an inconvenience. You’d think someone working at the pet store knew how to interact with pets.

This location is selling expired cat food, probably expired dog food too. As you can see it expired in September of 2023, so it’s not like they haven’t had almost a year to pull it off the shelf. Pretty disappointing. Talking to PetSmart support also does nothing as well; just generic AI responses. Make sure to check your bags folks, pet smart certainly won’t.

Ashley the cashier (?) is awesome. I had a great experience at this Petsmart because of her. I had an issue with some pricing that held up the line and she was extremely patient with the whole situation and I really appreciated it. Thank you Ashley!

I literally called the store from the parking lot to see if they had something in stock (The website said they didn’t have in when I checked earlier, but I was in the parking lot and figured I’d call since I was there anyway) They employee on the phone said they had it, I reiterated and was very clear “so you’re saying you have it in and I can just walk in and pick this up right now?” They said yes still. Came in, they didn’t have it in stock. That’s just the definition of poor customer service, you could’ve just TRULY confirmed and made sure but they let a customer waste their time. Doesn’t it take like 5 seconds to confirm? I’m going to Petco now

Renee is the best trainer I’ve ever met, so good and in sync with the dogs. She spent one minute training something that I’ve been trying and failing for month, just astonishingly amazing.
Love her style of teaching and I would most definitely buy more lessons just to listen to her.
