Update January 2024: I continue with car repairs on the 2011 Jeep Grand Jerokee that I purchased from this dealership. This Motor company does not inspect the cars before putting them on the lot. In 2023 I spent about 5,000 on the transmission and other engine repairs and as I write this the car is in the shop because there is a faulty caliper on the brake. The mechanic told me the one that is on the car isn't the correct model and now $600 is needed to put the correct one on. I could have purchased a new car for the amount of money that I have spend repairing this piece of junk that came off of this lot.I purchased a car from this dealership 30 days ago. The sales staff is nice but the car we purchased has already required the air conditioning to be replaced and today the radiator blew. The warranty company they use has been less than helpful and has refused to pay. I would not purchase another car from here.Update: July 2022...the water pump broke about a month ago and now its needs new hoses to keep up with the repairs we have done. Phoenix Motors said they did an oil change but the oil was filthy and we had to get one after 3 months. Stay away from this place. They will tell you anything you want to hear with a smile on their face!

The experience started off ok, we went to look at a specific car that was trapped behind a few others which is understandable as the lot is a little smaller. We arrived around 5 so when our salesman West asked to come back first thing in the morning we were ok with that. We made a plan for 10:30 and they said the car would be out front. We arrived and the car was still blocked in. After 15-20 minutes they were able to get it out.When we went to test drive West said he had to come with us and took us on a quick 5 minute loop where we were at a minimum of 45 MPH. Car sounded good. We got back and West was awesome in getting us the price we wanted and very flexible as we decided what payment route we wanted to go. He was very kind and humorous during the whole process.The problems started after we left the lot. My wife was in a 20mph zone 10 minutes later and started to hear this vibrating under the car. With the help of a family mechanic that was visiting we were able to deduce that it was the heat shield on the exhaust. A sound that only occurs at low speeds and when the car has had a chance to warm up (10-15 min down the road). We called Phoenix that night and the gentleman I spoke to (not West) said he would talk to the mechanic and get us in soon and call back in 5-10. I didn't hear back for an hour so I called again and had no answer (it was near closing time). I called the next morning and was told West would call me back as soon as he got in and I had to now talk to him before seeing the mechanic. They had my name and number. I didn't hear back all day and when I called again was told West was out that day but the manager would call me soon (that should have happened when they realized West was out). It has now been a week since they spoke to me. I am getting a software update and some recalls fixed on the car with a dealership and they've agreed to take a look and fix it this Monday.I bought the car as is (with no warranty) and I'm ok with that but the problem I have is that this problem existed and I would have heard it if I could have gone on a longer trip but with West in the back telling me where to go that wasn't an option. They made the express choice not to call me back and fix a problem that existed when we got the car. Now if they had said that they didn't want to fix it or it wasn't on them to fix, I'd live with that and be ok. Instead they chose to ignore us which to me is rude. Due to false promises (being able to see the mechanic) and poor communication I would not recommend them for others.
