My son broke down and I needed somewhere to tow his car. He lives in Raleigh and I live in Asheville, NC. Pipers came highly recommended to me from a co-worker whos son lives in Raleigh. I called them before they even opened. Dane answered the phone and was so polite and helpful. Needless to say I had his car towed there and they were able to work it in, and have it fixed in a day. I would highly recommend Pipers Automotive for anyone looking for service. Such a pleasant positive experience. My son will be taking his car there from now on. I was so appreciative of the help. Dane, Jody and Mrs. Piper service all of our family cars, and have treated us so fairly and honestly over the years. I’ve come out of this shop with a bill that was less than the estimate I received before the repair. That just doesn’t happen with other mechanics. Integrity is alive here.

I was first sent to Pipers by my old mechanic when he was leaving town, and I've had wonderful experiences there. They oversaw rebuilding an engine for me and have been my go-to shop for all maintenance issues since. Fair pricing, transparent communication and friendly service. I had my truck towed in around closing time one afternoon after an ignition problem, and the mechanic at Piper's immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and ready by noon the next day. Their labor price is a little more than I expected but their work is excellent and quick, and Joyce is very kind. I recommend Piper's Automotive!Services: Electrical repair
