I have ordered from this store before they are always friendly and kind. People need to remember sometimes folks are just matching energy. I called this evening and got an honest and upfront answer and I am very thankful.

place two order for same time for two different groupsfirst order showed up on time, other one still MIA after 2 hours.on hold for 30 minutes at least, employee picked up phone after hearing me inquire where is the second order after one hour, put me back on hold and left me there forever - no customer service skills , no communication - dont order here

I received an offer on my phone so I thought I’m on vacation I will try. Usually every PH is different. This by far had complete 5 stars from beginning to finish. I ordered for pickup 30 minutes prior to closing. Female employee brought order out was so nice wasn’t angry because late ordering. She was the best I. The 5 minutes I knew her. Pizza- perfect amount of toppings and dough was spot on and I need to remind you 30 minutes prior to closing.8/9/23

I have had such a great experience with this Pizza Hut. Hands down the best Pizza Hut in Raleigh. The customer service and delivery speed here never ceases to amaze me. I live just inside the delivery zone and I have always gotten my order no more than 30 minutes after ordering. I once ordered carryout and they had to remake one of my pizzas because it was a mess up. They offered to give me the mess up too and a free drink while I waited.

pay additional for deep dish/pan and crust was same as hand tossed, cannot get garlic butter on crust any longer and overall value and taste (ingredients) of pizza had diminished considerably and will stick to the higher quality pizzeria
