Horrible. Don’t bother going there. They don’t even review your clothes. I brought two large bins of new items that I couldn’t wear anymore and I dropped them off at 1:59 and by 2:04 they said my items had been reviewed. It took 5 mins just to get the bins out of my car so how could you properly vet the clothing in 5 mins?! They didn’t even look at them. They are horrible there and this has been a recurring issue for as long as I remember.

i like the variety of clothes and accessories but this store is soo overrated and very over priced!!, and it stinks inside 😭

I sell to Platos, Uptown, etc all the time, for years. I have a very good understanding of what they buy and what they dont. I regularly receive 50 to 100 dollars at other locations. I took 4 large bins of clothes to this location the other night,, I was there almost 2 hours before close and I was the only one in line. When I was done looking around, I approached the counter and was told they were buying not one single item. Not even the brand new Vans, or the Lilly Pulitzer items. Makes no sense. You can bet they went through and made a mess of all 4 bins though after I spent time neatly folding everything so that it would be easy for them to go through. When the employee offered to carry a bin out to my car, I made the statement about the fact that nothing was purchased and he responded that they won't even buy his clothes when he brings stuff in himself. So I do not recommend trying your luck here. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Save your time and go elsewhere.

A lot of the items sold in the store are out of style and look very worn. However when you try to sell them new items with tags still on them, they give you an excuse as to why they will not purchase your items.

Please fire the older girl working there she was very rude and stereotypical. I came in there to sell and only had a picture of my id as I was only up this way for work I don’t live here and the worker at the selling counter politely told me I needed my physical copy. I was like oo ok I’ve sold here a bunch of times before my fault. The older lady (she’s def in her 30s don’t even know why yall hired her she really doesn’t fit the vibe of the store) rudely said “I think we have had this conversation before you can leave” and I said you know what no problem. Everytime I come in there she is there and extremely rude to the customers as well she yelled at one the last time I Was there please fire her!!!!! And please if i regularly do sell in there have a system to where people do not need there physical id everytime thats ridiculous not everyone carry’s that around with them. I have a whole account with the store for points what is the purpose of having that if I have to have Id everytime I come to sell it doesn’t make sense.

Well all the negative reviews are accurate took a tote of clothes most with tags still on them and shoes barely even worn. They picked one pair of shoes and tried offering $4. This place is a waste of time and to have me wait a hour and to not even go through the stuff it’s a joke.

All the comments about selling here are correct. I brought five bags of clothes, shoes, and other items. The bags included two brand-new, never-used Calvin Kleins and a pair of leather Uggs that aren't made anymore and retail on eBay for $120. They said they couldn't do anything. This place is a complete scam. Don't waste your time bringing anything here.
