Bought a cashiers check for $1100 3 days ago. Went to have the name on check changed and they Took another $1100 out my account and was not gonna return the original check. Excuse was the funds never came out my account but $2200 dont just disappear.. now im stuck out of state for 24 hours waiting on funds that I already had in my account .. i hope yall get robbed immediately or that bitch Die. She should have told me she was taking money out my account. Their logic was that because i have over $1100 left, that means I didn't already pay $1100..... im a truck driver. Its a business account... sorry i dont look like I should have more than $1100. then i drove to get my cash back or the check and she deposits it anyway and im stuck till the next day

I have been banking here for years. I absolutely love it here. Jenn and Sierra always take great care of me and make sure all of my financial needs are met. Jenn completed my financial review and has always been very helpful.I highly recommend this bank. The service to their clients is above and beyond!

Went in with a slightly torn $20 courtesy of my dog. You would think having had $140k worth of auto loans in the last 3 years meant something but nope. They didn't want to exchange out the bill since I had recently paid off the accounts and mentioned even then I would need a checking/savings account.

I have worked with PNC on a business and personal level and never had a issue and their in bank customer service is outstanding. I am very surprised that anybody that went to the branch office to clear a issue wasn't super pleased. I have found them pleasant and intelligent.

Didn't want to even put a star. This bank is trash. Had to go through hell to get my debit card in the mail because 3 times they couldn't get my address correct. Then I finally received my card about a week ago and today without a notice they closed my bank account. Now I have to wait for my job to issue me a paper check in the mail. No notice of my account being closed. Tried to log into my online banking and said call back of my card. When I did I am told because need proof of my address. Why? Not my fault they couldn't get my address right. And wouldn't accept my proof of address because it's not a lease agreement since I reside with someone.

As a disabled veteran who entered this branch to cash a US treasury check for $20, I was treated more like a homeless derelict for "not having a bank account" as opposed to just being talked to and treated like a regular person. The portly manager guy or whoever he was seemed intent on drawing attention to the fact that I stated I didn't have a "traditional" bank account. I felt totally disrespected and embarrassed at his interaction with me/poor customer service skills. He taught me right then and there this is not a bank that focuses on serving the needs of the community it's in, but rather serving their own (money driven) needs and wants. PNC would be the first ones to say "we love the veterans, we take care of our veterans"...BS. Let a veteran walk into one of your ritzy lobbies who isn't a "member" and see how he/she is treated. I found out firsthand at the branch on 301 Fayetteville St. Downtown Raleigh. My recommendation is to find a more personable bank, one that focuses on customer service driven solutions, not generic, robotic explanations of why they can't do something so simple especially when that person has served and sacrificed his life so that the people who work at PNC can enjoy the freedoms that our society offers. If nothing else this corporate behemoth could benefit in maybe some training on how to talk to people and how to respect people in the community because you never know what that person may have done for you in the past or what they might could do for you in the future.

I went to PNC Bank and Ms. Jenny Grant a fine lady, met with me and provided sustantial information of what I was looking for. The staff's customer service was impressive. Thank you PNC and Kudos for Ms. Grant and PNC Staff in downtown Raleigh.
