Chaz helped me open some small business accounts and was one of the nicest most professional people I've worked with in a long time. The process is a lengthy one and he worked through lunch to make it happen. I wasn't sure about a bunch of stuff and he was really great at answering my questions and even mentioning things I hadn't considered.I'm certain that if any issues should arise Chaz would be the guy to get to the bottom of it. Two thumbs up for a guy that went the extra mile.

If I could give a zero I would. I want to be clear the young lady helping me was very nice. However, that cannot make up for the PNC overall experience. It started two weeks ago when we went to a branch to open an IRA for my husband. We did not have an appointment so we were told we could not be helped. We went on line to schedule an appointment and finally found one at a branch 40 minutes from our home. The closest branch was not available. When we arrived at the branch It was clear we were not expected as the representative asked if we had an appointment. They found us in the appointment log and then asked if it was to open accounts. When they asked what type of account and found out it was an IRA we were told they did not do at a branch level and we would need to meet with an advisor. We let them know that they had advertised rates for IRA’s and suggested they call the help line. It was clear this was not appreciated by the second associate. She quickly went into her office and had someone else assist. I felt bad for this young lady as she had never opened an IRA before and had to have someone on the phone walk her through it. Having worked as a Manager for PNC in the past it was very concerning to see the lack of customer service, client convenience, and knowledge that PNC was known for at these levels. When those things are lacking it may be time for a change.

So many bad experiences. Treat customers like they are there to rob the bank. Sooooooo rude. Sooooooo unhelpful.

The service here is top notch. Lisa has been there for years and is absolutely amazing. Anytime I need help she's always there and truly cares about her customers. Only branch I use and will drive out of my way to go there. Treat people that treat others with respect

PNC announced a deal to acquire BBVA USA last year and completed the conversion of customers to PNC platforms this week (October 2021). As a business customer, I now have to wait 40 minutes on hold to speak to a Business Services representative – which is truly absurd and likely due to said acquisition.Meanwhile, this local branch is operating at minimal capacity with a skeleton staff during the week that is not trained to do basic tasks (like activate new cards). I was asked to come back because they didn't have anyone available to activate a card. If a bank can't do something that operationally simple, it speaks volumes to what more they can't do. I do not keep all of my accounts here and never would due to these experiences.

Awesome bank and customer service is the best. Banker was so professional and pleasant. I'm so upset I don't recall her name but she is New with the company and is the best! Everything was explained in detail.

Worst bank experience ever. Went for a cashiers check and got questioned like I was stealing my own money. Got to the point that felt very uncomfortable when I had to explain why I needed the money and where did I got it from. So umproffesional to treat members like they cant do whatever they want with their own money. Closing account after 10 years. Not paying to be treated this way.

2 tellers working hard. Dealing with a line of people inside and drive thru. 4 business bankers standing around doing nothing. It offering any help.Do not recommend this location. Waste of salaries on business bankers here. Pay tellers more.

Slowest pnc in the area...if the inside can't be open you would think there would be some sense of urgency...but no either take the day off to wait in line or go to a different bank

It is my third time that I go to that bank and they treat me badly because I am Hispanic. The three times that have gone ask me for a lot of identification and I show them my license and they deny me the service and I have an account at PNC that not ok

Terrible. If there was any question about if i ever want an account here it got answered today. Absolutely not. The bank has no idea what there doing and makes the customer feel like its their fault and not the banks. Incompetent. I cant encourage people enough to not bank here.
