Went in (dressed down) to start a business checking acct. They couldn't see me that day. I settled for an appointment the next day. Left Banker the required paperwork. Minutes later got a call saying me that they don't service my type of business (tax practice).2 days later I came in to pick up my paperwork (dressed in a suite) and asked if they don't open accounts for CPAs and Tax Attorneys. All of a sudden everything changed. Now they wanted to talk to me.The Banker asked me what services I offer. I pointed to my business card clipped to the front of the paperwork they had just handed back to me and listed all I offer. At that point it was obvious he made a decision without going through my paperwork or they just did not want me as client.I was due somewhere else, so I told him that I had only come in to retrieve my paperwork and left.

Horrible Bank - although I’m not sure they even deserve to call themselves a ‘bank.’I have gone 3 times in past few weeks to withdraw cash, staying below IRS red flag limits. Each time, PNC has come up with crazy reasons why they must limit my withdraws to some arbitrary number. Most recently, they blamed the SVB shut down for not having my cash. What does some bank on the Pacific coast have to do with my PNC checking account?I have gone during the week and weekends, at different times of days, and it’s always the same thing. PNC has NEVER allowed me to withdraw the cash from my checking account that I want to withdraw.BEWARE: PNC Bank will not allow you to withdraw the cash you want from your checking account. The teller will control what you withdraw. You do not have immediate access to your checking.Chase Bank down the street does not have these issues. I recommend Chase Bank. Chase Bank will allow you to have your own money.

Beverly is a top notch professional and has the most sincere kindness I’ve met in a long time. Everyone seems to know her and say hello. The trip here is longer than the Wake Forest branch but making this stop a definite new priority! I’m opening an account here because of how incredible the human experience! Thanks Beverly ?

We are very unhappy that they not only have not opened the inside of branches, but also do not have the drive ups opened where you are dealing with personnel without using the “vacuum” machine.

I’ve done business at this bank twice and each time was a horrible experience. The first time I asked for a cashiers check. I had to repeat the recipients name 10 times. I even wrote it down and they still kept getting it wrong. Also this is the first time I’ve went to a bank and need to show a second form of ID for a cashiers check. The reps as well as the managers have terrible attitudes and do not have customer service at all. Please bank elsewhere

If you are looking for a bank with good customer service DO NOT CHOOSE PNC BANK. They will not return your calls, they will overcharge you in fees, and just all around treat you poorly.

Appointment time was 11:30, pulled up at 11:29, was told prior appointment was running a little behind. 12:26, still in my car waiting. Another person pulled up a few moments ago and was allowed to enter. Has been inside for about 8 minutes now. Hmmm. Negative experience.1:02pm addition: we were called on shortly after the initial post. I will say, the rep has been very kind and efficient. Added another star due to that.

I went to cash a PNC cashier’s check. I have a PNC account. They informed me they can’t cash this check because they don’t keep “such high amounts of cash in the branch” it was $6,000. Needless to say I’ll be closing my account on Monday and transferring the remainder of my business to SECU.

They couldn't cash my check for the simple fact they didn't have the amount available. Unacceptable

Called the branch to report my daughters debit card lost, got put on hold twice for 10 minutes only to be told that my daughter needs to call in ( Shes a minor) I hung up went online and did it myself in 10 seconds. Would have been nice if the woman knew her products/services better.

The most inefficient bank. I'm going to try to switch ASAP.

Avoid this bank. Tellers in there are rude have a nasty attitude and don't know how to talk to nor treat customers. Not one manager came out to find out or assets the situation when it was the teller who was yelling and being rude. I would never step foot in this bank again. If I could give this a negative star I would
