The staff servicing German autos at Precision Autowerks are second to none. I have been driving Mercedes for over 20 years in multiple states, and finding Precision Autowerks was a Blessing! We have all been through the process of finding an ethical, knowledgeable, professional, etc. service team. The staff is professional and the service is exceptional. This is the type of place where the car owner can sleep at night knowing full-well his car is in the best of hands in all aspects. Thank you for being in business, and I am grateful I found you. P. Took my 2021 Audi Q5 for a likely bad water pump. Was still under powertrain warranty from Enterprise where I had bought it a year ago; not only was the car fixed very quickly, but they successfully convinced the warranty company to cover 90+% of the work after they only wanted to pay 70%. These guys are superb, went the extra mile with a smile and got me out the door fast. All communication 100% transparent. I am elated I have found such a reliable, competent, honest repair shop and will never take my car anywhere else.

I took my 2005 BMW 325i in for an engine replacement and Joe did a great job. When I picked up the car it ran great with no issues. In fact it was due for inspection and I took it in for state inspection on the way home and it passed. When you do a full engine replacement there may be some small issues to work out, but not this time thanks to the good work done by Precision Auto Werks. I also have 2011 328 that needed a transmission service that Joe took care of. The car ran so much better when I got it back and they even arranged for a recall to be done while they had the car and took it to the dealership and picked it up when it was done. That was above and beyond what I was expecting. I don't like having to spend a bunch of money maintaining my cars but if you don't it ends up costing you more. I know that if I take my car to Precision Auto Werks it will be taken care of the correct way.

After taking my 2015 X5 to 2 different mechanic shops (they claimed they service only european cars in Cary), for the same issue, both of which ripped me off without fixing the problem, I was left with not only a bank account broken, but also my heart, the cliché "a single middle-aged woman is easy prey" just hit home. I decided to tow my car to this shop, (they had done an excellent job over a yr ago, unclogging the drains of it, but were too far from my apt when my car broke this time) I don't know where to begin. Their honesty, their efficiency, their experience, their absolute transparency regarding everything with their service. I will say this: Precision Autowerks are by far THE BEST GUYS to trust your car service to. To those with european cars in need of service, especially older eauropean cars, my case, go to these guys, you will never regret it. They truly stand by what they define their business. I would give 20 stars if it was possible. 100% recommend them.

Great group of guys here, very honest and knowledgeable. My girl takes her car here for whatever work I can’t personally do myself. They are experts in german engineering. My girl loves coming here because she knows that they are very trustworthy and they never over sell her any work that is not needed. They explain the issue in detail and always explain if it is needed or not and why. It gives me great peace and confidence knowing that she can come here without needing to bring me and that they always take care of her and her Volkswagen Jetta. Love supporting a small business that truly deserves it and whom cares about their customers and take pride in their work. We will always choose and recommend Precision Autowerks Automotive!! A shop like this is hard to find and come across.

Joe is the absolute best mechanic in the area. He really knows his stuff. The first time I was recommended to go to Joe, he knew the issue of my car without even looking at it!! I was so impressed. I even thought that maybe when I brought my car in that'd it may be something else but nope he was spot on and already had the parts ordered for me. Precision is not only the best but so generous that they have a loaner that you can borrow while your car is in the shop. Not many shops do that. Precision is also an expert in german engineering and that is hard to come by. They also don't over charge or over sell you anything you don't need. And that alone is so important and rare to find! These guys really are the best and love what they do! I will always choose Precision Autowerks every time and I do so you should too, you won't regret it! Picture of my car below.

After reading the reviews on this place, I decided to give them a try. So pleased I did! Chris and Joe are very good at communication and explaining what needed to be done to address the issue with my 2014 Mercedes E350. Joe is superb at diagnostics and price for parts and labor very reasonable. My new go to!

I took my 2011 BMW to Precision Autowerks for maintenance on 2.20.2023 and my car was ready on 2.23.2023. Chris & Stan were very professional and thorough with the repairs that my vehicle needed. They walked me through the process step by step on which repairs were urgent and which repairs can be delayed to a later date. I love the fact that they were honest, trustworthy, efficient, and they cared about me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Precision Autowerks to anyone because when I received my vehicle back; it ran like a new car again. No one will service my BMW, but Precision Autowerks. Thanks Stan, for working on my vehicle. You all the are the Best!
